Boy, they sure were in a hurry to get us out of here tonight. We were halfway through our salads when the main entrees arrived. Also, a word of caution: don't order any american food here. They do have good italian food here but their steaks never fail to disappoint. Ordered the prime rib medium rare tonight, it was served medium well and cold. I've had similar experiences with other steaks here.
I should also point out that we had a birthday coupon for $10 off. They "forgot" to credit us the $10, too, until I pointed it out. And apparently if you use a coupon they automatically add the gratuity to the bill. Real classy.
Really not a bad restaurant, but they need to work on service and also don't worry so much about pushing customers through on a busy night. For the prices you charge, people expect to have a nice relaxing dinner.response / report this review -

5 starts on the pizza and atmosphere I haven’t tried any of their other food so take it with a grain of salt but I do like this place alot

Amazing place to eat! The only down side is, I'm not a big fan of their alcholic beverages. So when you're here, just eat, or drink a normal alcoholic beverage, don't pay ridiculous prices for their fancy house drinks. But that bread though. Mmmm.

Haven't been there for years and no need to return. Service was slow real slow. Salad was wilted not fresh at all. Pasta was not hot tasted like heated up. Blue berry cheese cake was soggy. Then a top was added on the bill. Not a good experience.

Best Italian food I've had in a long time. Probably the best Veal Masala ever! Great service and atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

Had the worst service that I have ever had at Cafe Capri this Saturday. First and for most The service was really slow. On several occasions it took so long for our drinks to come that I went to the bar and got my own drinks.(which was also incredibly slow.) When we finally got to order our meal I ordered a $28 steak. Which would be a fair price in my opinion, IF the food was good. I ordered the steak medium. It came out cooked past well done. It was completely burnt! The Food took so long to arrive that I had to walk to the bar and get drinks for my wife and I several more times. When I asked about how terrible the food was I got attitude from the waitress. She told me it would take forever if I wanted another one cooked. If you value your money Do not go to Cafe Capri. If you are looking for good service Do Not Go To Cafe Capri. As a Matter of fact Unless you want to have a terrible Dinner Do NOT GO TO CAFE CAPRI
