The staff was courteous and easy going. Purchased a 2017 Acadia SLT new off the lot. The purchase process was pleasant. However, there was a hiccup in getting the spare pushbutton start key/fob after the sale as they claimed to have misplaced it. After several months of back and forth, the salesman did right by us in the end and got us a key at no cost. Had it been a normal, keyed ignition I would have cut my losses and had a spare key made at my own expense and bid adieu to that dealership a long time ago. Overall we were pleased with the service and we'll most likely return for our next purchase.

This was the worst car deal I have every had in 43 years of of driving . Joe the salesman did a walk around while on the phone with me to tell me what damage was on car so I would not drive 3 hours to see a car that was beat up.He told me that it had 1 tiny scratch on drivers door and a scuff on rear bumper.
I drive 3 hours to maybe buy car. I get to dealer and find the rear hatch is smashed in .
Joe says he did not see that when he did the over the phone insection for me. I was really upset thatbI just drove 3 hours to find this damage and did not even bother looking at the rest of car . I said I was not interested in car and drove 3 hours back home. Joe the salesman texted later on that day and said they would repair the hatch if I wanted to come back up and buy car. I told him that I would come back up on Saturday and take another look at car if they had hatch repaired .
Joe texted Thursday and the body shop could not fix damage on hatch and that they would replace hatch with a matching hatch from one of there other Equinox. I told him that I was concerned with the possibility that I would drive 3 hours again just to find more damage somewhere else on caR ,Joe said he would again do a walk around inspection while I was on phone to make sure I had exact
evaluation of anything else wrong with car inside or outside of car. After the hatch was replaced Joe the salesman called me and he walked around car inside and outside and the only damage he said was a small chip on door and that was all damage on the car , I tell Joe would come up and check car out Saturday. We get to dealer Saturday and
found a good size door ding on drivers door right front bumper had piece broke off that they had tried to a shotty repair to with a couple screws. Big scratch in dash . The drivers door would make noise when opened and closed which Joe the salesman said dooe check was just a little wore out .I was upset about the other damage thatbI found that Joe did not mention in his phone call inspection with me.
I should have walked away from the deal at that time which my wife wanted me to do .
But after driving 3 hours again I tbought that I could get the door ding repaired and eventually get the shotty repair that dealer had done on bumper repaired professionally. So we bought car and when we left dealer we stopped to get lunch a few blocks down from dealer and when I was walking to restaurant I looked back and car and noticed the right front fender had damage to it thatbI did not notice before . I thought about returning to dealer and seeing if I could return car and cancel deal, I new that wasn't probably going to happen . So I figured that I was stuck with car. Next day I go to get in car and the door check that Joe had said was a little wore out broke completely and I had to order a new door check from a local dealer. I texted Joe to tell him about the damage to fender and the door check braking and he basically told me that they would not do anything for me . They could not even pay $24.00 for the door check that Joe had told me the day before was just a little wore out. This salesman and dealer sells beat up cars that they do shotty repairs and hope you don't notice before you buy .
I just wish I would have listened to my wife and walked away from deal after Joe had told me it only had a small chip on door and drove 3 hours to find he either is bkind or lied to me .
I have learned a lesson and am passing my mistake on to other car shoppers . StaY away from Stadium and Joe

My son put a $100 hold on a car and the next day decided not to buy it. He called and told his sales person that he was not going to purchase that car and asked for his refund. Was told that it would be refunded. Just found out that they cashed his check and never refunded him his $100. What crooks!! If you want to buy a car, go to Stratton Chevrolet. They are great.

Rude and wouldn't get a car from them even if they gave it to me. Took my business to another dealer where they really worked with me and got me in the car I wanted.

Scam artists. Charged my little sister $1400 to replace the timing set on her car. One month later something in the timing system gave out and the engine ate itself. They refused to back their work because they claimed it was a 10$ timing chain guide that they did not charge her for or think to change. They exclude little parts in their repairs in order to maintain deniability despite a 12 month warranty. They also charged her 100$ for them to "diagnose" the timing chain guide failure, when it likely wasn't even the cause. STAY AWAY!

Beware of title fees. I paid a title fee of 15 dollars. Stadium recommended a financial institution to finance with which I used. Upon final payment of the loan, instead of releasing the actual title to Columbiana County the bank electronically released my title to the county and the county insists on me paying 16 dollars to get the title. In essence I am paying a title fee twice. Once to Stadium and once to the county. Stadium gave me a song and dance to justify their title fee with no concern for my belief that I am being charged twice. It's not right.

Worst place ever to deal with. They can't even follow through on holding a vehicle less than 5 hours when a salesman says the vehicle is yours. I had plans on buying several work vehicles this year from a trustworthy dealership and I thought I found a good one, but I guess my business is not important to Stadium GM.

Paul went above and beyond for me when I wrecked my car by hitting a deer on November 29th. Paul helped secure a rental car for me and gave me the shop number as well as his personal number so I could stay in contact if needed even after business hours. Paul was able to fix my car in a timely manner despite the holidays. When I wrecked my car again on January 5th by hitting another deer, I called Paul on his cellphone and he helped me secure another rental and helped assist me by having my car towed back to Stadium for a second repair - all while he was on vacation in South Carolina. Paul is a fantastic asset to Stadium Chevrolet and represents the excellency of General Motors. I am ecstatic to have received such incredible customer service.

For anyone wanting a great car buying experience,i recommend giving stadium a try first. I was looking for months looking for a special car. long story short I came across stadium Chevrolet online. I messaged the online rep 8pm the night before and next day I got a response. My outstanding salesman Nick Sugar was awesome the entire time. My wife and I drove 6hrs to purchase our car. and we have nothing but good things to say about stadium. they communicated like professionals, THE BEST THING ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WAS OUR CAR WAS WAITING FOR US AND SO WAS OUR SALESMAN. our purchase was done very smooth and easy, fast friendly service. We had a great buying experience and we would love to purchase again. THANKS STADIUM CHEVROLET AND NICK!!!!!!
