  My mother recently did business with this company. Absolutely terrible. Glass took about 3 weeks to be ready when she was told two days and ended up costing more because they did something she didn't even ask to be done. Mom sent me in to pick up window, employees were disgustingly rude to me because I pointed out a scratch that was in the new window and said I wasn't paying for that. That Jared guy who commented he had a "great experience with them" works there. Who knows who else they are having give fake reviews. Owner Mike is a joke and absolutely full of himself. Said they can't do anything about the scratch because it's considered unique. Absolute bullsh*t and waste of time. If you want good glass products on time for a good price DONT GO TO MIDDLEFIELD GLASS

  We had an extremely disappointing experience with Middlefield Glass. Not in the quality of the product -- which appears to be good -- or in the quality of the technicians -- who were personable and professional -- but in dealing with the people in the front office. Many balls were dropped by them which necessitated the intervention of the owner who, by all accounts, makes Genghis Khan look like a choirboy.
  
  Customer service takes a back seat to placating the owner and allowing the owner to feel as if he's always right. Even the technicians, when queried, admitted that they find the owner to be insufferable. Your money is better spent elsewhere as doing business with Middlefield Glass acts to condone the owner's mean spirited ways.

  Worst customer service. Estimates of waiting period were triple what they stated (months). Then they called & said it was in, drive half an hour to get there & nope they don't have it. The clerk said that happens a lot! Horrible!
