Beautiful park with an amazing Christmas light presentation.
Absolutely love going here. Such a peaceful and beautiful place to walk and enjoy.
This place is a gem in the heart of Sumter. A botanical garden .we're nature reserve meets sculpture garden. This is a place that can be neither replicated not reproduced. I can only hope it will be cared for and preserved for generations to come.
A gorgeous place to take a walk or a date. Mind the season if you come hunting butterflies, though -- rather than an enclosed area like you might be expecting, it's just a part of the park set with many butterfly-attracting flowers.
Gorgeous place. The scenery is lovely, and there are plenty of picnic tables. There are swans and ducks everywhere you look, and the park is large enough to span both sides of the road. Great family spot if you like nature at all.
A beautiful forested wetland park. I personally love the bald cypress trees more than the swans. But swans are awesome too. Be sure to bring a nice camera and take many pictures. Free admission and opens everyday. Don't worry about the visitor center closed on weekends. You don't get much information from there.
This place is simply a breath-taking experience and is taken care of quite well. I loved walking around the trails while looking at the various birds and trees. Simply impressive with so much nature eye-candy in a rather small area. You could spend hours walking around or having a picnic on a nice day. Great for parties or get-togethers, couple dates, families, and nature explorers alike. Highly recommended!
