My wife and I stayed at a Cedar Creek Cabin 9 years ago, and it was very nice. This past year we booked a cabin for us and friends. Sadly it was not a great experience. The cabin was not maintained very well, porches covered with leaves, cobwebs and lots of dog hair inside. It just looked like no one had been there for awhile. We stayed at Serenity Falls, so you may be OK at their other cabins, but at these prices I'd wouldn't book unless you know someone personally who can recommend a specific cabin. The worst part was the communication. I had some questions after our stay relating to the cabin and a veteran discount, and I've tried calling and emailing, without a response. I'm really disappointed, especially after our first great experience. But we won't be booking a Cedar Creek Cabin Rental again after the very poor communication/customer service and cabin condition.

Our stay at Hickory Hill was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better post-baby vacation! The lady in the office was very helpful suggesting lots of fun for the kids to in Helen. Booking was a breeze they went above and beyond for anything that we needed. The kids had a blast running around the property! We have decided to make it a yearly trip!

Awesome experience!!!! Wendy took good care of my friend for their anniversary weekend. First let me start by stay she stayed in contact with us the whole time we was there because it had snowed an the power had went out!!!! She upgraded our cabin free of charge to another one That was even better !!!! We also left our wedding rings she got them for us and mailed them back .. the overall experience was 10+star from the cabin to the owner they are the best we will back in a couple of months !!!!! ITS A MUST COME SEE EXPERIENCE

After a “day trip” to north Georgia last weekend, my husband and I found ourselves wanting to stay overnight. Since we’d not initially planned on staying overnight, we were both highly doubtful that we’d be able to find a last-minute cabin rental on a Saturday afternoon at 3-4pm. We both started searching online for rentals in the north GA/Cleveland/Helen area, and came across the website for Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals. I called their number and did not immediately get an answer; however, in less than 60 seconds, I received a text from Summer @ Cedar Creek Cabins, informing me that their phone lines were down but that she would love to assist us with our needs. Within minutes, Summer had the perfect cabin rental located for us, and it couldn’t have been any more perfect. We stayed in Bella Vista in the Cleveland/Helen area, which was absolutely breathtaking and BEYOND perfect!! It was exactly what you’d imagine a “perfect mountain hideaway” would be—quiet, picturesque, and all-around total serenity. I’ve never experienced such an utterly seamless booking/rental process as I did with Cedar Creek Rentals—it was by far the smoothest rental transaction EVER—thanks to Summer and her diligence! We plan on renting again soon, and will definitely be using Cedar Creek again for our cabin rental needs. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, affordability, and a beautiful mountain cabin rental (even if it’s last minute!) then you’ll be more than satisfied with Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals. Highly recommend!

We just came from spending a wonderful week at Trout Lily. It was everything we had hoped for, restful, quiet and equipped. The hot tub was wonderful. A cold front had come, we requested to have air conditioning changed to heater, it was done immediately. We enjoyed our walks near the cabin. We notified them of an issue and they tended to it quickly. They had a binder with ideas of what to do nearby, it was very helpful. Thanks.

My family and I have rented cabins from cedar creek several times and I must say Wendy is the BEST!!! She goes above and beyond to help us every time. Really does! Even when we have booked last minute she is always finding some way to accommodate us. I would totally recommend this place and be sure to ask for Wendy!

We love Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals!! We've been using them every December, for the past 5 years! It's just a short drive from Atlanta and the cabins are awesome! We have stayed in a few different cabins and they were all very clean and comfortable. The staff is great too! There are several available just a short drive from Helen. It's so much fun to run into town for a bit then come back to the cabin and play a game of pool next to a warm fire. And what's better than a soak in the hot tub before bed to really help you sleep great

Awesome staff, excellent cabins! We stayed in Serenity Falls for 5 nights, and then The Speckled Trout for 3 because we couldn't get home due to Hurricane Irma! I can't thank Wendy enough for taking care of us!!! We did not have a reservation for the additional nights and hotels were booked for miles, but she worked her "magic" and was able to get us into The Speckled Trout. Both cabins were spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. I will continue to use Cedar Creek Cabins for years to come!

We stayed here for 2 night with our dogs.
They are very flexible they will work with you on whatever your needs are. The cabins itself are amazing with incredible views of the mountain.
We couldn't ask for a better experience.
All you do is show up to the cabin text them and let them know you are there. And you are good to go.
1 to 10, this place is an 11

Summer, the lady who helped us was nice and polite and very helpful.

This was the second time me and my family stayed with cedar Creek. The Cabin's are nice and the views are beautiful. The cabins are very roomy depending on the size you get. They might need a little more up keep but still beautiful for price. The first time we stayed the coffee maker was broke. This go around we stayed in the chalet in the sky and we had no complaints. Staff seems really nice to work with and they do care about your stay and want to make things better. Will definitely be staying again when going back to Helen.

Best and easy cabin rental out there!! My brother and I rented one of the Cedar Creek Cabins as a surprise for our parents 37 year wedding anniversary. They helped me pick the cabin best suited my parents and our budget. Unfortunately, on the day my parents were suppose to arrive at the cabin, a huge storm came in. (It was the week that the city they live in were experiencing multiple tornadoes.) My dad called to ask if they could move the dates from a Weds-Fri to a Thurs-Sat. (arriving at the cabin a day later and leaving a day later due to the storms). The original cabin they had booked was also booked for that Sat. so that cabin wouldn't be able to do the new dates. But Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals worked with my parents (calling and emailing, keeping them in the loop) and let them stay in a different cabin, (a tad bit more expensive, but better suited, couples get-a-away cabin) with no issue, and no extra charge! With the hustle and bustle of today's society, it is a breath of fresh air to come across a business that still treats their customers as people and actually cares. My parents were extremely pleased with their stay and raves to family and friends about their experience. After hearing how well they took care of my parents and how nice and up-kept their cabins are, some of our extended family are planning to rent from Cedar Creek Cabins (if they haven't already lol). Thank you for helping my brother and I give our parents a much needed and unforgettable anniversary gift, we are forever grateful! Keep doing what you're doing Cedar Creek, you will continue to have our business!

I booked 'Bobcat Lodge' for a 2 day birthday get-away with my boyfriend & I HAD A BLAST. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALLwe live in the city so this was extra special being AWAY from everything. This place is fantastic! Underpriced for what you get, we were completely blown away when we walked into the cabin. The vaulted ceilings and large bay Windows created the illusion that we were staying in a tree house. We grilled steaks on the wrap around porch and kept warm by the fireplace at dusk. Super cozy and lots of space, even the lighting in the fixtures was perfect (overly sensitive to bright led lights). The cabin is very well kept and it is obvious the owners take a lot of pride in maintaining clean cabins for their customers. In addition, there is constant communication with someone via text or cell. Anything I had questions about was answered in a timely friendly manner. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area over a basic hotel room, incredible experience. Thank you!

I booked "River Wilds" as a surprise anniversary weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. I have to say it completely surpassed my expectations. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and we LOVED the privacy with it being in the woods. The hot tub was fantastic in the 29 degree weather. It was the most relaxing weekend after a long week at work. The drive to Helen wasn't bad at all either. I'm definitely looking forward to going back to this cabin again.
