When vacation I like to find manufacturing or industrial tours of some kind. This was the most enjoyable one I’ve been on.

Our tour guide Jacob was knowledgeable and witty. It’s an impressive facility with all the hallmarks of a long lasting business that has scaled up slowly. It’s apparent they’re catering to tours as well. Great for everyone!

Fantastic tour! Everyone was really nice, passionate, and knowledgeable. Our guide, Xavier, was also super cool. The tour is really thorough, and you get to see everything up close. It was a great balance between history, the whiskey-making process, and whiskey sampling! We turned this into a fun day-trip to Lynchburg. We’ll definitely go back at some point.

We went for a tour today at the distillery and I must say we had a WONDERFUL time. It was so awesome!! My husband loved it and so did I! Gary was an AWESOME tour guide. He deserves all the credit. Made us laugh and taught us so much. So cool!! We will be back the next time we visit from Texas🖤🖤

We came for the tasting tour. I'm not a big "tour" person. This was so much fun! Jack Daniel's was an interesting character and the history is amazing. But, I have a feeling we had the best tour guide EVER! If you go, go for the tasting tour and ask for Matt as your guide. So funny, personable and knowledgeable. We will be back with more friends!

Came up for our anniversary trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We were able to book the dry tour online but they had additional openings on the Angel's share tour when we checked in. We highly recommend this tour! The information from the tour was so educational but the best part was our guide, Kim. She is a hoot and a half! Request her please, you won't regret it, I promise. The shopping was also fun and I think we took enough home to last the next 2 anniversaries! If you like whiskey, please go here. Its worth the stop!

I stopped here on a cross country car trip. Interesting sort of place to visit. I had never really been into hard alcohol in a big way and certainly not into whiskey. After taking the tour and learning about the marketing panache of ole Jasper "Jack" Daniel I became more of an enthusiast. Coolest thing was where they make the charcoal for the Lincoln County Process. Needless to say I developed an appreciation for Old Number 7 that I might not have experienced had I not stopped here.

We went to the Jack Daniel's Distillery on our way back to Georgia from Nashville and I can tell you they did not disappoint. The whole tour was very informative and our guide was super friendly! The whole establishment is very well kept and clean and parking is remote but very close to the distillery with shuttle buses every so often giving you a ride. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the angel tour. It was very interesting and our tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and fun! Loved tasting the different whiskeys. I bought 2 bottles from the shop! Glad I went!

We have visited here at least 5 times in past 3/4 years, whats not to love! It's Jack Daniels and the people here are amazing! So friendly and helpful. We love coming here and look forward to our next visit!

If you are planning a family trip to Nashville this is defiantly a fun place to go. We pulled into the visitor center and saw the old bottles and historical items on display. We then got our tour tickets which included a tasting of 5 Jack Daniels products. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative as she took us all over the huge complex. As you walk around the distillery you can smell the mash in the air which is kind of pleasant. The tour showed us every step in the process ( if they ask you to smell something Do It, its fun). The tour concluded with a taste of Gentlemen Jack, old no 7, single barrel select, Tennessee honey, and Tennessee fire. The tour lasted well over an hour and is worth it. I highly recommend going even if you are not a whiskey drinker. This experience gave me a better understanding and a better respect for Jack Daniels.

Go for a tour if you're in the area! It's just over an hour south of Nashville in Lynchburg Tennessee. It's a very small town where most people work at the distillery. The grounds are very well maintained, and the historic buildings are very interesting to walk through. The tour guide we had was great. They take a lot of pride in what they do. Seeing the process of how the whiskey is made is very interesting even if you're not a drinker. A must visit!

It was an excellent tour our tour guide Brandi "the princess " was marvelous. She made the experience even better. A great calender event. "TENNESSEE WHISKEY, SWEET AS STRAWBERRY WINE".

Would love to do it again. You have to check out the gift shop as well.

The tour was phenomenal. I now have mad respect for Jack. It's known around the world, and even though you can buy it pretty much everywhere, the process is so intricate and manualI had no idea. It truely is a craft product. Our tour guide, Courtney was absolutely hysterical and very knowledgeable. She made the experience so entertainingI didn't want it to end! This is a memory I'll have for a lifetime!

Highly recommended stop when in the area! Visitor friendly for all ages. I must say, I haven't had JD for over 30 years (due to "one of Those" experiences), but I am now a converted fan! The tour is is informative and well presented and the tasting at the end made me a believer!

The tours they offer there are easily one of the coolest local things you can do if you visit Nashville. I've been a huge Jack Daniel's fan since my young 20's and couldn't help but make the 1.5 hour drive out with my lady.

We both loved it. Our tour guide was awesome and we have a much much deeper appreciation for what goes into making such phenomenal whiskey. The sheer volume they put out of that distillery is mind-boggling.

The gift shops are all great. I did notice that the prices on certain things varied per place with the first shop you encounter from the walk from the visitor center having the highest prices on shot glasses and the farther ones being cheaper. If you have a tour ticket though, show it and you can get a free shot glass with a $10 purchase. I think only one place didn't honor it. Ended up getting probably $75 worth of JD products and walked away with 3 free shot glasses. Pretty cool.

Definitely make the time to come here if you like Jack Daniel's. They have some exclusive stuff there too after the tour 👀

My wife and I did the angles share tour just to avoid children! Why would people bring their kids to a jack Daniels tour-beyond me! Anyway, our guide was great very informative. I gave it only three stars because I felt like the tour was way too long. We did more waiting around for other tour groups to pass than the actual touring of the distillery. The tasting was good, but of course, we would have liked more than a lick!

The visitors center is a busy place. This is the largest of the TN distilleries we visited, and it felt a bit like an amusement park ride — buy your ticket, wait in line, go on the tour, and exit through the gift shop. All the staff were great, and the visitors center is filled with lots of things to read so you are occupied while waiting your turn. You can sit on the front porch in one of the chairs made from whiskey barrels and enjoy some good people-watching. Our guide was Jon, and he did a great job. The visitors center is new, but the distillery campus has some historic old buildings, a natural spring and lots of picture spots. It was a great tour, followed by a tasting back at the visitor center. We enjoyed the experience. It is a bit hectic, so if you're looking for something calmer, try one of the smaller distilleries. We really enjoyed the tour and learning so much about how whiskey is made.

NOTE There are several different kinds of tours: tasting(3 kinds) and non-tasting. If there are members in your party under 21 you will be unable to take a tasting tour. That being said the guides are talkative, very upbeat and willing to answer question every minute of the way. I thoroughly enjoyed myself learning more about Jack Daniels and getting a beginners guide on whiskey tasting. The gift shop is all alcoholic jack products that are a few dollars more than where I come from. But they offer a very large selection of whiskey types that I can't normally find.
