The food is terrific! Homemade with love! Have eaten here ALOT and have never been disappointed! The wait staff isn't bad. Some are more friendly than others. The prices are good for the quality of food! Lots of great choices from Healthy options to comfort food! Love it!

The outside looks the same as it has probably since it was built, but for at least 20 years. The inside is pretty outdated too. But the food and service are great. Good selection and very kid friendly as well.

Don't judge this book by its cover! Inside the rooms are clean and everything is well maintained. The A/C is small but cranks out cold air like a champ. My only complaint is the TV is still in 'Demo Mode' and has an advertisement banner displayed no matter what channel. Definitely worth the money.
Also, Google is incorrect — there is no kitchen, at least in the room we stayed in.response / report this review -

We spent 6 days here recently. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our room was on the back side, second floor, and quiet. Pricing is very reasonable. On site restaurant has excellent food, also reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly. Will stay here whenever we are in the area.

Great place to stay. Owners have taken pride in maintaining rooms grounds and pool. No breakfast or fridge or microwave in room but for the price you don't expect the Hilton. Some things could be updated but very nice place to stay and be comfortable.

A well maintained, family-owned motel with a restaurant. Room was clean and a/c worked great. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, maybe slightly above average for a family run diner. Service was very fast. The adjoining bar was convenient serving mostly beer but they did have a limited selection of liquor for cocktails. It was an almost nostalgic stay with the exterior and interior decor reminding me of my travels as a kid back in the early 70's. Room even had the built-in bottle opener in the bathroom. Don't see those in Holiday Inns. I was almost disappointed that the room didn't have the coin-operated "magic fingers" vibrating bed!

Restaurant was amazing, great service! Would give the restaurant 5 stars. But the motel was aweful. Beds are 30 years old, pillows were rock hard. The man running the motel was rude to our group who had 5 rooms and he tried to charge us a cleaning fee for a bogus carpet stain that was probably there since the 1800s. We will not return to the motel. But would definitely eat at the restaurant again.
