There awesome they take good care of my dog.
Very friendly and they treat my pets like their own.
Girls are soooo nice here.
They diagnosed our pup with Lymphoma in November. They recommended he stay overnight to recieve fluids. When my husband called (multiple times) the next day, no one could tell him what was going on with our boy. When it came time to put our baby to rest, we decided to have him cremated. They told us they would call us as soon as his ashes came in. They never called. We had to call them. I won't bring another animal here. They have a candle in their reception area that they supposedly light when you are saying goodbye to a friend, but they didn't light it for us. We spent well over $1500 here after our dogs diagnosis, and they couldnt bother to call us.
We always appreciate the great service and attention to our animals. And at our most recent visit in late December we were surprised and extremely pleased to be attended by our compassionate and long-standing friend, Dr Lynne Cosner.
The staff at Susquehanna are super friendly, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about YOUR pets! Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and caring!
Dr. Facer is absolutely wonderful with our dogs. She is very professional and genuinely cares about animals. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Our dogs love then! I highly recommend them!
The team at Susquehanna Veterinary clinic is the best that we've ever worked with for our pets. They work with our crazy work schedules to fit us in and always listen very attentively when we describe what's going on with our dog so that they can make a proper diagnosis. And they do a super job with answering our questions and explaining what's going on in terms that we can understand. They are THE BEST!
