Been shopping here for years they are very friendly and knowledgeable about all there product. They have quality livestock and plenty of surplus for that live stock. Weather it's reptiles fish rodents birds its a nice little store and they will continue to get my business

The fish are healthy. The aquatics dry good selection is poor. People teasing birds. People Feeding rabbits candy. All animals not behind glass in a locked room must be in a clear line of vision from cash register. I give one star as animal safety is the primary duty of a pet shop and this shop flunked.

I signed up for the frequent buyer club, and it doesn't do anything. No coupons, no perks, no favors. I bought a glass terrarium that was cracked on the bottom. I didn't realize it when I bought it because it had cardboard on top and bottom, and was zip tied together. I tried to return it, and they said that they don't take returns without receipts (which is where I believe being a member of the frequent buyers club should come in), and that they don't accept returns of glass items anyway. After putting so much money into this little family business, you'd think that they would build a good relationship with their loyal customers, but apparently not. I'm very disappointed. So, if you buy anything, make sure it's not glass. They won't take it back.

I go to this store at least once a week and I have to say that this is a great store to purchase all your pet needs. All the employees are very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I purchase a cat litter, and it's cheaper here than anywhere else I've seen it!
