Super popular trendy store for kids. Anything that says supreme -- they want it. They don't even care what the item is. So because of that, the resale value is very high. Because of this, they have bouncers at the entrance to allow only a certain amount of people in. Often times this can cause fights and rioting. So be careful

It is freezing cold to wait outside at least 20 mins to get into the store. You get 2 stamps on you hand to check in there. Items left in stock are not impressive. Employees are not care about you as everything almost sold out. Decoration is good but you r not allowed to take videos and photos.

Though the merchandise was cool, the staff was extremely arrogant -- quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any reputable store in NYC. I was waiting on line to purchase caps when an employee instructed me to immediately put them back on the shelf and that I had to tell the cashier which products I wanted instead, while other customers were doing the same thing as me and bringing hats from the shelf with them to the checkout line. Why even bother stacking so many products on a shelf? Simply for the sake of appearance?? Even worse, during checkout, I requested one extra plastic bag to divide my $188 worth of merchandise, and the cashier nonchalantly said I was not allowed to have another. I understand how popular and demand-driven of a brand Supreme is, but this degree of customer service is just unacceptable. Do not be surprised to wait on long lines and then deal with this kind of unwarranted arrogance in this store.

2 Weeks ago I ordered from the Supreme Website and got a conformation email for the item, and I also purchased supreme coffin key chain. The orders were separate and my key chain arrived 4 days after the email, but the Supreme boxing robe never shipped, so I called customer service and they told me that the package will be shipped 3/5 business days, so I waited and today after almost 9 days I got an email saying that the item I purchased, has been refunded to me. Therefore I called the New York store to talk to them, and a male picked up the phone and like this: he said "Oh yeah, the email means they sold you product that we didn't have. so yeah, what about it." This is the worst customer service that I have ever faced. I just wanted my product but these guys lied to me, talked to me as if they are forced to say something, and just hang up on me. If anyone that is affiliated with supreme, please help me somehow get my item. I don't know what to do, this has never happened to me in the past 3 years

Great store for original street wear. Went here at 1:30 on a Friday and didn't get into the store until about 2 hours later. It's worth the wait especially if your going to resell. The rules are very strict here and they'll kick you out if you disobey. Stock is limited so you should go as soon as possible. Generally Supreme is very good quality but unfortunately when I went to the store the last hoodie they had that I wanted was defective. Instead I purchased a different one. They don't let you get more than one bag per person but they did give you free stickers. The prices are very high but I think it's worth it. This is not a place for younger children as the music is vulgar and some clothing has some inappropriate things on them. I really like the designs and quality, myself. I would recommend going here but the wait is very long and then you just end up blowing $500 in one visit.

I found everyone here friendly and polite, despite what I had heard. They don't have much in stock unless you come at the right time. Prices are reasonable given the limited supply. I love the look and feel of the store.

Alright. It is what it is if you can tolerate the lines, there's some amazing pieces. Seasonal drops sell thru the good stuff the morning of unless you're willing to sleep overnight in Lafayette street. Supreme will always reign over NYC for being a legit 90's era skate company when downtown was still edgy. Nonetheless it's great to watch old and young alike fight over box logo hoodies cop or drop if you can get your hands on the good stuff!

Do not buy online from this place. The first time I did, my CC got hacked. The 2nd time I tried, the website would not let me check out. 4 emails to customer service and no response! Phone is always busy. If you have issues with an order, good luck, you are on your own!

In these type of stores you have to "dress to impress" you can't go in there with sweatpants because the employees will treat you like peasants I have never interacted with a ride employee because i wear some " fancy clothes". You do not have to wear a $300 shirt and a $600 jeans or pants. Just simple jeans and maybe a flannel would work with an accessory like watch or necklace. Overall very good clothes.

Official Supreme outlet. Decent, curated selection of boards, accessories, and some apparel. Store varies between mostly empty, with helpful staff, to jam-packed with security for ultra-limited runs, exclusives and releases. Line wraps around the block from dedicated fans and re-sellers. Merchandise is pricey, quality is alright. Overall though it can be a fun experience, sometimes.

Not a review on the supreme brand: not that supreme needs any help at all but the way this store is run is a disservice to their brand.
I've found that the folks who work in store are rude/cocky. The store can be packed, bravo to supreme but that does not allow you to do much shopping at all.
On the plus side, they have things in store that is not online. But rude ppl working in the store make it hard for me to spend my money on it.response / report this review -

A nice open shop that was easy to locate. Not a lot of inventory when we went, but my son suspects that it is due to the fact that they are going to be releasing their new collection, so they are probably trying to make room for the new collection. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

It's the brand flagship store, what more can I say? Release days have serious lines and they sell out of all the hot items almost instantly.
Nonetheless, if you like to own visible high end couture, then you need to grab an item or two to wear or display at home.
