Really nice park in a great area. Awesome place to take kids or you always see couples walking around or jogging with their dogs. Play area is really nice for the kids and the fountain is just a little extra

Fountain Hills is a beautiful park with a fantastic fountain beneath the clear blue skies. To me, this is one of 'the place' to spend the quality time with family. Gorgeous, spacious, green lawn, blue skies, duck's quacking, harmonics & play area for kids, a good variety of cactus and desert plants maintained near the entrance, the veterans memorial are some educative stuffs alongside the surrounding natural composition. My daughter enjoyed the play area, and the spacious lawns a lot. By the way, she loved the ducks quacking.

Great place for picnic / fun. I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to visit Phoenix. It isn't that far from other attractions like The Superstition Mountains. It has a wonderful park that is well-maintained with lots of picnic benches and gazebos. (Caution, do not eat any food dropped on the grass, it is watered with reclaimed water. Along with that, do no play in the sprinklers. The reclaimed water is not for drinking!) There is plenty of parking around the lake. There is a disc golf course along the edge of the lake. The paths are nice for jogging / walking and are well lit at night. The main attraction at night is the huge water fountain. It goes during the day as well, but there are many other things to do. The water fountain has lights directed at it, so it is very clear and easy to see. It is on a regular schedule and the "show" does go for a nice duration.
The park itself is full of rolling hills, so it isn't just a plain, flat, and boring park. It is very peaceful at night and wonderful for sitting and relaxing. Loved it and will definitely return.

Nice place to show relatives and no cost. Make sure no wind or fountain shuts down. Street parking. Watch ducks scuttle from fountain base when they feel the motors rev up. Military small memorial at far end. Frisbee golf.

This park is great for everyone including floods. Few people would think F. Hills is kid friendly but this has 2 playground sets with great shade coverage and a neat musical park. Views are great with the fountain and plenty of grass. Make a day of it with a picnic and fun for hours.

A great place to walk our dogs or just to walk with my sweetheart. Also, a nice place to attend community activities like the up coming Fountain Hills Arts Festival or grab a bite to eat at the Park restaurants or pizza places.

Wonderful place to visit. Clean and well maintained. Nice parking lot. I grade it 4.5 stars because there were too many mosquitoes.

Nice destination getaway while never entirely leaving the valley. Good playgrounds, great splashpad (though our daughter did get sick after, unknown whether it was the water or coincidence). The fountain is a spectacle to behold - when the wind is light enough for it to actually go off.

Good place to bring the dog or kids. There's a small waterpark, the type that shoots up water. Great bronzes along the walkway. Nice place to do some people watch, grab a bite or a coffee.

Beautiful lake and fountain to walk around. Two large play areas for the kiddos and a very unique "musical play" area which is fantastic. Splash pad for the warm days as well. Bring some bread to feed the ducks.

Such a beautiful park. Great views of the mountains and sky. Has a nice play area and slash pad for kids and is walking distance to places to eat and get drinks.

Absolutely love this park. It is perfect for a long walk or for kids to just play. They have a splash pad, an instrument park, and traditional play equipment. Plenty of fun sculptures to see and learn about. Be sure to stop by and see the Veteran's Memorial on sight. And the fountain that goes off each hour! Be mindful, on windy days, they cut the fountain "show" short so it doesn't mist the surrounding neighborhood.

A really beautiful place to take a walk! In addition to being paved (which makes it accessible to everyone), the path around the lake is well lit at night. During the day the fountain goes off every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour and at night it goes off every hour on the hour. If you're looking for something to do, there's usually always some kind of event going on every weekend.
