Showed up for the movie at 6:20. The cashier gave us seats for the 6:00 when there was a 6:30 showing. When we went back up to get the right show, no apology. She said, "I thought you wanted the 6:00." Why on Earth would we want the one that started 20 minutes ago? When the manager came to exchange, again, no apology. We were the only people there and received the worst service. Ridiculous.
Very comfy seats. Especially great if you have a movie pass. Cost of admission is about the same as other larger theaters. Didn't try any of the food, but the popcorn was terrific. Will be happy to check out other movies here.
This theater has mice. They have had a problem for a year and I have contacted the headquarters. This has not been solved. I saw many mice crawling around while the movie played. Up and down the stairs and all around the condiments people had in the theater. When the movie ended and the lights came on there was old food and trash behind the seats that had not been cleaned in a long time. It looks like the staff just sweeps it behind to hide it rather than pick up and put in trash. I will not go back. I reported months ago and see from recent reviews this is still problematic.
Love that you can recline and there is SO MUCH SPACE. Also, the rewards program is awesome. We love this theater!
This is my favorite theater to go to. If you love comfortable reclining chairs. Large enough arm rest to set your snacks and the FREAKING huge icee from the concessions can upgrade your movie experience.
Only had 1 ticketing cashier and a huge line. Tiny lobby with 4 packet lines for food with 3 cashiers. Did not have some foods prepped. The place is new and in good condition but everything about this place screams that they don't want your money. They need to have their products prepped and have people to take the money. I don't have an MBA or anything but maybe they don't either.
If you like to worry about mice running around while you try and enjoy a movie, this theater is the place for you.
Second time in a row now I've been here that I've seen mice. I didn't say anything the first time because I used to come here a lot and I told myself it was a fluke, but like I said, this is now twice in a row.
Manager Nolan gave me a refund no problem to his credit. And told me that he'll look into it. 👌😒But I just feel gross as I sit in the parking lot writing this, like I need to go shower again.
I'm super grossed out by this theater now and there was no reason not to go to fat cats for a 5 dollar movie in the first place. My fault.
Great theater. Excellent customer service. Online ticket purchase and seat reservation. Leather automatic reclining chairs with extra spacious walk ways. Dated but clean restrooms, concession prices consistent with competitors, rewards program available.
What's with all the praise for the reclining seats? All theaters have that now.
This is by far the worst theater I've been to. Super dirty and poorly managed. We only went there because we received free tickets, but turns out they weren't completely free, we had to pay a "reclining seat fee," whatever that means. Granted it was only $1.50 +tax a seat, but it's the principle of it. It's not like they had other kinds of seats to chose from. It's like getting charged a "resort fee" when you go to hotels. They tell you it's for the pool, the gym, and the business center, but you can't opt out.
We've been to this theater multiple times now. Usually not crazy crowded and you can always reserve your seats online, then have your ticket on your smart phone. I love that.
With the reserved seating in mind, we always have people who sit in our spot. It never fails and it always happens. There are no ushers in the theaters to help guide the ignorant to their seats.
Pretty average, ok, food bar. They have a pump of buttery flavored oil type stuff you can drown your popcorn in.
Seats are comfy and I appreciate the number of cup holders between the seats. There's a healthy gap between the seats, due to the cup holders design, so you don't have to constantly touch your neighbors arm.
Older theater, but they have reclining seats. We like coming here, it's close to home, we can select our seats ahead of time and just arrive a couple minutes before the movie starts. Concessions are the same prices you pay at any movie theater. They do have a Regal movie club so you can earn free popcorn, upgrades, and movie tickets.
I love this theater! It's so nice to have a spruced up theater (with good popcorn) near my home. Being able to select your seats beforehand is a huge plus. **Tickets are cheaper priced before 11am (I believe).
Regal really cleaned this place up from what it used to be. This is our choice theater due to the big comfy reclining seats that they have in every theater. Unlike some other theater options they do not have alcohol and they do not offer food service to the theaters. Their snack bar is lacking but their sizes are generous. The bathrooms are small and often not maintained well. I am hoping that the facilities will continue to be invested in by Regal as the theater grows in popularity.
This place is awesome went to see Rogue One, center and a few rows from the front. Reclined my seat with leg rest, hands interlock behind head and enjoyed the whole thing including the 20 minutes of commercials. Never been in such a great atmosphere or been that comfortable. My new all time favorite movie complex and I've been in dozens all over this planet. What a gem!
