Outrageous rates. Called in about a service bulletin for my vehicle (i.e. I already diagnosed the issue). SB says it requires a PCM reprogramming and takes 20 minutes. Was quoted $80. That equates to $240/hour. That's insane and many people will pay it because they are a dealer. Ergo, the dealer must be superior somehow. I understand your equipment is pricey, but you don't have to recoup it all on a single customer. Thankfully the Senate passed legislation in 2000 which allowed non-dealers the tools to do this repair.

We are very happy with our Mazda and the purchase experience. Garrett, the salesman, was much more knowledgeable and helpful than those at most other dealerships we visited. We're much happier this time than with any past car purchases/dealers. Thanks!

We bought a jeep from Davis Moore and they stood behind it 100% when we had engine problems before the first oil change. They could have easily said it wasn’t their problem, and most dealerships would have. But instead, they worked with us, the warranty company and the mechanic to get it up and running. It’s nice to know honest car dealers exist!! We are satisfied customers!!

Hey It's a car dealership they are set up to sell you a car. They would have to be trying hard to fail if they ever got Less than 3 stars.
They do have a good stock of fast moving parts, and their parts are priced reasonable. The staff of people seem to actually like their employer and their working atmosphere I will save the fifth star for when they Really impress me. We had casually been looking for a van for our family. We found one on the website and decided to check it out. We were approached by Garrett and our whole experience was excellent. He showed us the van, worked with our budget and expectations, and went above and beyond to give us the best car buying experience. Moner helped us get a good warranty that was easy to understand and worked for our budget. This is our second excellent experience at this location and we will be back!

Came for the safety recall service. Stayed for the laundry list of critical, life threatening service I could not live without. Windshield wipers meh. But brakes were kind of important.

I just bought an SUV from Davis Moore Mazda yesterday and had a great experience. Honestly I am a little leary about dealing with car dealerships but I have dealt with Davis Moore on several occasions and have always had a good experience. The Mazda store specifically was very quick to help and I was very impressed with the Manager. His humble and honest approach when conducting business with me was surprising after having bad experiences with other dealerships. I will definitely be buying my next car from them. The sales guy, Jackson, was fantastic! He helped us and took great care of us. Soon as he handed us over to financing is when it went bad. They were in no hurry and on getting everything done on Friday told us we could come down on Saturday. No problem. Saturday gets here, and they didn't do anything Saturday and the banks were closed. They then tell us Monday is the day Ok we will see. We call them Monday at around 2pm since we haven't heard, which is odd since I assumed a dealership about to sell two cars would have a sense of urgency, and they explain what's going on. They now have a totally new offer, when we were happy with the first, and it can't happen any other way. I ask them to shred the paper work and the finance guy proceeds to argue with me saying it's my wife's fault. Totally uncalled for and he's lucky I didn't knock his front teeth out. I then explain to him I just want the paperwork shredded. Do not waste your time with Davis Moore Mazda in Wichita. Go elsewhere.
