Stopped late after the normal dinner rush. Seated immediately and ordered from the pick two for $20. Wife had the sancho. I had the chicken fajita cheese crisp because I didn't want a big meal. Both were excellent! The waitress was prompt and very friendly. Great experience!

Photo is from the menuare it before I took a picture. Yes! It is that good. Tex-mex, great prices, service good, and food is nice and hot. Highly recommended. Get the Chicken Picado. Yum!

Unbelievably small portions of food. A small chimichanga, a teaspoon of refried Beans, a tablespoon of Mexican rice, and a few strands of shredded lettuce was nearly $12. The deceptively "downsized" plates appear overflowing with food until you realize everything is miniaturized. A small container of guacamole for the chips was $6 and really only enough for 1 person. The food was average and I liked our server but the value at this chain is underwhelming.

Great food. I wish they had more vegetarian options. Salsa and chips are good. There is usually a short wait to be seated.

Great Tex-Mex! Their sauces are their greatest asset. Best Carlos O'Kelley's we've eaten at. We eat there so much, the managers all know us by name.

Had a fabulous time w/ my daughter, grand daughter, and friend.
Kelsi was our wait person - she was WONDERFUL!!!! Offered WONDERFUL suggestions - shared the "secret way" to get the BEST MARGARITA!!!! She was very attentive w/out the attentiveness getting .weird.. we all know what I mean. She even brought out a super cool "plate" in the shape of a Jalapeno!!!!!!!!!

The service was excellent. It was clean and nice.

This is my favorite place in Wichita to eat! The staff interacts with customers and the hospitality makes you feel like you're hanging out with friends. All of that with, the brisket tacos and margaritas keep me coming back weekly.

Beer was cool, not cold. Tortillas for fajitas we cold like out of the fridge. Salsa was bland. Poor experience.

We were there during a shift change. Some managers or employees children were running around untamed and I found it unprofessional. The food was plentiful and good though.

Carlos is one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants. They just update their decor and expanded their bar area. The food is fantastic and the drinks are inexpensive. Located right off of a major highway in Wichita, its definitely worth a stop, even if you're just passing through.

Always happy with the good food at Carlos o Kelly's. However, staff was less than pleasing. No one to be found at the door for seating, enough time passed to start feeling like you should just leave. This was on a Thursday 4-5pm. Come here on weekends for best service.
