I stayed there for about7 days in one month and then rebooked for another 7 days, that says it all. Rooms and especially the carpet is pretty old and that look that makes you think it is time for renovation. That's why reduced 1 star. 2 star s for the location and proximity to restaurants, mall and highway access and other 2 for the people. Very accommodating and friendly.

Very clean and the staff was extremely Pleasant. There is a very good restaurant called the Mountaineer right next door and would recommend anybody eating there. I would be certain to book another reservation at this location.

Clean room, convenient, however we booked a king room months ago and were only provided with a room with double beds. We chose to go to another hotel rather than sleep in the double beds. Expedia to the rescue!

The rooms themselves wasn't horrible or nasty, but they did seem run down. Pets are allowed with an extra fee which is a plus. The free breakfast barely had anything to chose from and although not exactly the hotels fault, there was alot of noise from other guests that kept us awake most of the night. They was in the middle of renovations so hopefully the rooms will look better in the future. I know when it comes to hotels you get what you pay for and super 8 was one of the cheaper options that allowed pets in the area we was staying in, but that being said I have stayed in other super 8's that was in so much better shape. At this point I wouldn't really stay there again unless I absolutely had to.

Stayed there last night. Bed looked slept in with hair in it and the tub had hair in it too. there was only 1 washcloth for both me and my husband and when I turned on the faucet in the tub a bug came out and there was a bug on the toilet. the coffee pot fell apart. pillows are small and flat.wouldn't stay there again unless they gave a free night to make up for it and even then might not. stuff was sloppily folded and not totally sure the towels were even clean. I had relatives there last night and they had to change rooms 2 times before getting a decent one. breakfast was okay tho.

We got to the motel at around 1am. The room was clean, no bugs, bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The only complaint would be that their blanket in between the flat sheet and comforter had holes and cigarette burns but it looked clean otherwise. We were very tired from driving all day so we really didn't complain.. up at back to work again at 7:30am. If you're looking for a good place to get some sleep and get a shower, without bugs, that is reasonably priced.. this is the place. They also offer a small continental breakfast, wifi, tv, hair dryer, and coffee pot in room. I would stay here again.

Disappointed. The blankets had black dog hair all over them, and cigarette burns. The toilet was broken to the point where you went to get off of it and the whole toilet leaned forward from the wall. I verified that our room was non smoking and was informed it was just to get in here and there was cigarette burns in the carpet. A/C unit did not work and when we asked for clean towels they told us they were out. Bad way to do service.

Was not a terrible experience but the room was smaller than expected and you could hear through the walls. We could hear the person in the next room snoring through the night. For the price not bad and they do give you breakfast in the morning.

Bedbugs, dirty rooms, drug infested. The place needs cleaned up something terrible. The only good thing is the waffle maker at breakfast. Sad
