Best place in the area to stay! Amazing breakfast and the staff was the best staff I’ve ever met at a hotel!

The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautifully decorated with a very spacious lobby that looks anything like a lobby. It's cozy and inviting and the fire place is an added bonus on cold nights. The hotel manager along with the staff are very pleasant and helpful. You don't need to look far for a hotel attendant because someone is always available and happy to help. The restaurants food was amazing with a beautiful plate presentation. The parking lot is well lit and the outside grounds were clean and well kept. The hotel itself is easily visable from the road as the hotel sits atop a hill. It's a perfect location as there are many shops, restaurants, and things to do that are near by. This is my first stay at this Hilton Garden Inn and it won't be the last. I'll definitely come back.

Staff was really nice. Food so so. Pool and sauna had a sign "closed indefinitely. Sorry for inconvenience." Glass was covered with brown shipping paper as to not allow one to see the pool area. Wall paper on 4th floor hallway separating from the wall. Curtains in room broken and falling off. But hey, Christmas decorations were pretty. We will be staying somewhere else when we come back to this area.

Great place to stay, rooms comfortable and clean. Rates are very good, haven't tried the breakfast, but plan to tomorrow! Staff cordial and helpful!

I attempted to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on Emily drive in Clarksburg,WV. We had major recent storm damage at our home and needed roof repairs. I booked online. When my husband, myself, and my 13 year old daughter showed up, they informed us that they cancelled the room because we live to close. They didn't call or email us to let us know and showed absolutely NO compassion to our situation. The lack of professionalism by the staff and management was absolutely awful. There were two obvious customers in the parking lot upon arriving that were screaming on their phones about drugs etc.this place is awful. It was embarrassing and put us in a very big bind. I will NEVER darken the doorway of a Hilton or any affiliates ever again. I have stayed in cheap motels that had better service than this. DONE!!!!!

We stayed here last night and we were a little disappointed. The location and hotel were awesome. However, when we arrived the pool was closed which that happens but it was still a bummer. We were not complaining about this but then when we went to bed there were ants all over our bed. I was bummed. I love Hilton hotels such as the Garden Inn's and Hampton's but this time I was not happy. My daughter even has ant bites on her feet. I told the front desk lady as we were checking out about the ants and she said "someone stayed for a week and never let house keeping in so there are ants in some of the rooms." I am like if ya know that you should tell me so I can make an informed decision. I do not like to complain but I feel let down this time.

This is a much better place to stay you're in Bridgeport. It was much quieter than the locations near the highway. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. I have no complaints about this location.

We stayed for a total for four nights and the houskeeping staff brought clean towels every morning without disturbing us. This hotel is very clean and they definitely do an amazing job considering how big it is for this area and right off of the highway too! The staff at the front desk always greet when we have walked by and seem pretty well trained..next time we come into town plan on coming here again so that can speak for itself.

Pool and hot tub not in service, one elevator out of service, treadmills not working, restaurant not open for dinner. Otherwise things were fine. But I don't think I will likely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay with you lastnight. The hotel was very nice. We did have to switch rooms but the lady at the front desk was very nice and had great customer service. If my memory serves me right her name was Courtney she was new an explained to me that she was in training. She made sure we was took care of and even called back to make sure we was satisfied with her new room. We will definitely be stopping in again in the spring. Also the breakfast was delicious
