Fairmont, West Virginia Good location Hot breakfast excellent, beds comfortable. Could have been a little quieter.

Seems like most hotel forget to upkeep air conditioning units, noisy, only one fan working and unit blocked by your table. Winter time here . Beside AC , need to mention that front desk wasn’t very help, asked for Credit card without explanation, personnel at front desk need more service training . Rooms need some update , and carpet need to be shampoo. Not bad for the money but still a hotel .

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal! This is an older building but the was extremely clean, the staff weren't above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I have it four starts only because they could use some updating but I would stay here again when visiting the area

Location was convenient off the highway. Older rooms. Clean rooms, but smelled strange (like running a vacuum with a full bag) which didn't take too long to acclimate. The breakfast was standard with the exception that the server obviously worked very hard to try to keep up with the consumption of food.

Has the amenities of a 3 star hotel (pool, fitness center, free breakfast, restaurant on site, etc) but the quality is NOT up to 3 star standards. The whole place was old and dingy, the room had peeling paint and old stained furniture, and the breakfast was inedible. I hate to be so negative, and we didn't have any problems with the staff, but I would definitely not stay here again.

This place is filthy. There are fluid stains all over the carpet. I say fluid because there's no telling if its animal urine (this room smells atrocious ) or bodily fluid. The shower is caked with mold. Its inexpensive and convenient to the highway, but not worth it.

Five stars for the super friendly and helpful staff. The scrambled eggs and sausage links in the included breakfast were amazingly good. Thank you for having the breakfast out a little early for our group all week!

The evening receptionist was amazing. He was super helpful. He got us in right away, and we totally asleep within minutes.

It served it's purpose. Clean bed and bathroom. Needs updating. Room a little old smelling. Enjoyed our short stay. Everyone was nice.

Hotel was average cleanliness and decent free breakfast, but no elevator, no cleaning for 4days, even after daily requests due to overflowed toilet 1st night that I had to unplug myself. Maids never cleaned poopy towels, nor brought new ones.

The inn is nice for the price and the service is friendly. The room apart from the bathroom is good, but it doesn't have enough outlets. It is probably due to the datedness, but out of all the outlets to plug our devices, none of them were near the bed. Did I mention that everything about this inn is old? That was ok for us, but I feel that the bathrooms should be remolded. Old-looking bathrooms are nothing but off-putting even if they are actually clean. The toilet seat was plastic and peeling, the sink gave off a very terrible smell, and the water went down the drain slowly.

Food is good in the evenings, mornings on the weekends not so much,especially with 3 groups and regular customers,need better kitchen help and more of it if they know there will be a crowd .rooms are nice but don't leave anything in them because it just disappears . On 2 trips the wife left her phone charger and both times called back and nobody has found them, or can locate them
