Was looking for somewhere to stay that didn't require an astronomical deposit. Called them and they accepted both cash and credit. Room was OK. Was dated and needed repairs. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. Except for in the morning I tried to kill 2 roaches!! They provide free breakfast, which looked decent, but we left and didn't trust the food with the roaches in our room being right over the office/breakfast area.
Don't think we'll stay there again.

Bed bugs and was promised another
room, there ( just for that night ) only to be shoved out the door after they rented it out. Worst possible way to treat guests after they find bed bugs. Was treated like it's our fault. P S they arent even a lil sympatic that now everything you own will need washed.

This was the most disgusting place I've ever been. I was there for 30 minutes afraid to take my shoes off because the floors were nasty went to pull the bed down and found bed bugs!!! Grab my stuff and captured one in a plastic bag took it to the office and they refused to give me a refund. Do not stay here!!!

Terrible place! Bed bugs, drug addicts live there. It is a known drug den. Cops are there daily. Do NOT recommend!

It smelled horrid and the bathroom light is messed up. There's no door between the actual toilet and the sink and overall the place was just dirty. Would not stay here again.

This was badfirst room dead bugs on floor and on blanketsasked for my $60 back due to bugs..bathroom was mildewstunk.SHE refused to refund my money.
She moved us to another roomI have picturesstill couldn't get money back..left and ate my 60there were definite health issuesgoing to be calling Health department.
Creepy people hung around there. Didn't feel safe plus how dirty it was.

Do NOT stay here. Carpet was discussing. Smelled aweful. Our first room had bed bugs, when to get another room and it had bed bugs. A lady who also checked in at my family's time had dead stink bugs in he bed. Privately owned and refused to refund us. Do NOT stay here.

BAD! Dirty carpet & sheets (polyester-100%). Wouldn't remove my shoes! Room Smelled. I thought American Inns were decent. Not. Will never book in another one. Charged $25 for my little dog. She is much cleaner than the room. I wouldn't let her walk on the floor. Stay away! Breakfast so so.

I've had worse hotel's. Somewhat clean, reasonable price. I would suggest skipping the free breakfast.

The hotel itself is not the best. The sheets felt like burlap and the bathroom especially was very dirty. It was cheap and I accidentally left luggage there. I called them a couple hours after checkout when I realized and they held everything no problem for 2 days until I could come back and nothing was missing. The staff is amazing and it's cheap but they really need to take care of the rooms better.

Room was average size, with clean laminate type flooring. Fridge in room with microwave in lobby.
The proprietors were very, very friendly and accommodating. Arriving, per my request, I was loaned a glass Cornell bowel to cook my instant rice and was even given a big dallop of margarine. The following morning, I desperately needed some pages copied and printed via email attachment. With much confusion on my part, the proprietor nevertheless fulfilled that extraordinary request.
Plus, there was a hot breakfast.
