NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.don't bring young children. Lots of crack headsstairway was full of trash from the bums/druggies that come in at night because doors do not lockroom was not horrible. Towels were clean. Beds not great. Burn holes in sheets and blankets. No Fox channel. Just doesn't seem to feel safe.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
This was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. The back door lock was broken. This allowed access to all sorts of weirdos coming in and out of the hotel at any given time. The ice machine was broken. The iron I asked for from the front desk was broken. The hallway on the first day smelt disgusting. The hallway the second day smelled like marijuana. Naturally, the water from the shower was cold both morning and evening when attempts were made to shower in normal temperatures. This place was TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING and UNSAFE.

Slow service both at checkin and breakfast due to busy weekend. Room was suffecient not hot water. Good location for balloon fiesta

Horrifying. Was given a room that someone was already staying in and almost was attacked by dogs. Got a new room that was in pretty rough shape. Dirty towels hung in the bathroom, were missing the other 3, dirty bathtub and hair in the toilet. If the towels weren't changed who can say the sheets were. There was long hair already on the pillow cases. The blankets were ratted, had puke stains and cigarette holes. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in years, and hotel staff was completely unhelpful do not stay here it is not worth it!

You get what you pay for really. So for the price I can not complain. But the cleaning crew could make sure the fridge is actually plugged in and that all trash is out of the room before new people arrive. There was a beer can just chilling on the floor, and the shower curtain was so short it was almost useless. Other than that I have no real complaints since staying here saved me a lot of money.

Not a bad place. all employees r nice and easy going they let us have a extra blanket and towels when we asked without all the questions they understood my 2 yr old running out of the room after me nakedlol check n and out was fast and easy we will be back to stay soon

room air conditional was not working. After the Super 8 employee reset the unit, it was apparent that it was not functional. I then requested another room which was readily provided and had working air conditioning. The facility was clean except for the main carpet which had ground in dirt from normal foot traffic. The continental breakfast was plentiful and included juice, coffee, toast, cereal and waffle batter. In all, a pleasant stay by the standards applied to a budget motel.

The motel isn't awful, but the crime in the town is! A few weeks before Christmas 2016, someone stole our U-Haul and everything in it overnight! We lost everything we owned and just bought a new house! We have a baby and 7 year old and thanks to this awful town, we had no beds, toys or even clothes for our children anymore!
DO NOT STOP IN THIS TOWN! They will take everything from you, and from what I've read, that includes your car!!!response / report this review -

If I could, I would choose to put ZERO stars. We went into the room saw roaches, bed bugs, and a dirty mattress. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They said later in an email they would only refund 50% of our stay. Even though we didn't stay even 5 minutes in the room. So sad that they don't care about their customers or cleanliness of their rooms. We could've had bed bugs or roaches come home with us had we stayed.

You get what you pay for. Elevator looked like it was about to fall apart. We took the stairs the rest of the time and the carpets looked like that hadn't been cleaned in forever. Our non smoking room smelled clearly of smoke. Also the hallway smelled like weed and sweaty feet. The breakfast that was included consisted of all different kinds of bread products. Toast, waffles, raisin Bran. The night shift people were very pleasant and helpful, daytime shift not as much.

For the price, this place is pretty good. There are lots of bad reviews on here but I feel that people's expectations are pretty high for $35 per night. They allow pets, with only $10 pet fee per animal. Check in is 2pm, check out is 11. They have reasons for some of the things they do - if you're from the surrounding area you will be charged a $100 deposit - they have had local people really mess up the rooms. However - the rooms are acceptably clean as was the shower and toilet. Carpet was also clean. No bad smells or spots in my room. AC and heat worked well and I felt safe. I've stayed here three times over the last few years and my car has stayed safe. I'll be returning if I come back to Albuquerque, and I definitely recommend this super 8 to the traveler on a budget.
