Great Hotel!! I only stayed here one night but as far as hotels close to Albuquerque airport this one is awesome. Easy in and out to interstates, right next door to the airport. Plenty of food options near by. My room was comfortable and clean, the guy who checked me in was super nice even at 11pm lol. I'd def stay here again, it hits the spot!
This hotel is clean and quiet, and there is plenty of well lit parking. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. The location is easily accessible and it is near restaurants. Only problem is that they do not have an elevator, so a handicapped person wishing to stay there would need to request a room on the first floor. Staff is willing to carry bags to the second floor.
Nice midtown location near airport. Friendly front desk person. Easy free outside parking on site and easy access to either 1-25 or I-40. Comfortable updated rooms with inside corridors. No elevator so if getting up the steps which are inside and carpeted, or hauling bags up is a problem, ask for a first floor room. WiFi is free. Hot Breakfast included with room. For ease of follow through with reservations, make them through the hotel directly. Otherwise they go through a secondary off site service. Several restaurants in the area.
We stayed here two nights, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge, modern, clean.. the a.c. and hear worked properly, bathroom was huge, plenty of water pressure and hot water. I was in the back building as they called it, very quiet, about 20 steps to the main building where the front desk and breakfast area are.. I used the laundry facilities in the hotel, $2 to wash and $2 to dry was extremely reasonable for a hotel machines were newer, serviceable, there is a small couch and tv in laundry room as well.
You are within walking distance to several restaurants and eating venues as well as parking for the airport.
This is a great property Nd I have no issues with them taking my money again if I am.in the area
Great hotel with HUGE room! The "plus" feature in the title really means a lot. From the decorative bathroom fixtures to the comfortable beds and large rooms with couches-this was a great place to spend the night after a long day driving I-40. After 8hrs on the road we pulled up to the hotel just after a tour bus and we still were checked in swiftly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable and they had a variety of pillows - soft to firm, which I always appreciate. I wish we had more time to spend in the living area of our room! Also, they had an indoor swimming pool which we didn't get to enjoy but the shower was large and had great water pressure perfect for washing off the road. The staff was very nice in the morning and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again!
This is the best of the Best Westerns; all others should just be called “Better Westerns”. Convenient location with three 24 hour restaurants in walking distance – but hold that thought. I’ve never been to a hotel that gives you more free grub. At check-in they had a pile of complementary snack cakes and bottled water. For a couple hours in the evening they do a social hour with cheese, crackers, and other party platter type snacks. – a unique hotel concept. Then in the morning you’ve got a 4 hour complimentary breakfast window, with real cooked food (including hashbrowns! - a rare find on continental). Breakfast also featured two of those hi-tech waffle makers with 2 different flavors of waffle juice – the strawberry flavor is rare! They even had real butter – you know, the stuff that has to be refrigerated. Enough about the food… the hotel looks pretty new; everyone was super friendly and room very comfy. Loved the fact that this hotel actually has restroom fans too! A+++
I was back in Albuquerque, NM. And that means I was back at the Best Western in Albuquerque and I could not be happier. I got in pretty late last night and was very happy with the friendly and engaging service we got the second we walked through the door. The spacious lobby is very welcoming.
The rooms are clean and efficient. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The surrounding neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I honestly can't remember the last time I slept this well in a hotel room.
We had to the hit the road early the next morning so were not able to enjoy as much as the Best Western had to offer. We were able to take advantage off a lot that the surrounding area has including a great Mexican lunch and a rotation of our car's tires. Another good time in Albuquerque, NM. And another good time at the Best Western.
Nice. Everyone is incredibly nice. Great customer service from the shuttle drivers to house keeping, maintenance, and front desk. Room is nice and clean. There is some ware but not excessive. I like that there is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was surprisingly nice: Eggs, hash browns, sausages, biscuits, sausage gravy, fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee and juice. Way more than I expected. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.
The Greatest Best Western in New Mexico!!! The Staff is exceptional. The rooms are very comfy and clean. All the added extras at no extra cost is overwhelming. I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Albuquerque.
I would recommend this hotel to all! The room was clean, beds comfy! The staff is superb! All were very accommodating, especially since I needed to use their local shuttle service to and from the hospital. Always friendly! Always happy. Made my days perfect! I would stay again when in the area.
This is the only hotel I will stay in when in Albuquerque! I stayed here while traveling cross country and it was a welcome retreat from the road. The property is very conveniently located off the highway with super comfy beds and all upscale amenities. The breakfast was such a pleasant surprise. It went above and beyond most hotel breakfasts with buffet style eggs, hash browns, fresh biscuits and waffles and many many more options. Such a great value. I will definitely stay again!
Whenever I'm in Albuquerque I stay at this hotel. Not only is it clean and comfortable, it's location is perfect. It doesn't matter if you're driving or flying. It is located right off I-25 and virtually next to the airport. Airport parking is right across the street. My room was great not missing anything that I needed. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and even an iron and ironing board in the room. The complementary breakfast was very good and the staff was wonderful. Victoria runs a very class act. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
I stayed here at the end of a very long trip, I was road weary and needed an oasis, this hotel really delivered. It's located right by the airport which is always convenient. Yvonne at the front desk was funny and sweet, she made us feel very welcome. There also happened to be nachos and water/coffee just out for anyone to enjoy, which I did. When I got up to the room I noticed each room had its own name in addition to the #, it was a nice touch and helped me remember which was mine! The room itself was lovely, standard hotel room size, but with modern accents. The TV was Direct TV, which I find to be the best of the hotel cable options. Breakfast ran from 6-10, later than some, which I appreciated, and it was really good. Eggs, waffles, hashbrowns, definitely a step above the usual complimentary fare. Overall this hotel was the perfect end to a long journey, and I'd definitely stay here again.
