Nice rooms with comfortable beds. A regular size bathroom which looked newly renovated. The location seemed like it 15 minutes to any of the highly rated restaurants in Albuquerque in all directions.

Front desk was wonderful: polite, helpful, and friendly. The room was excellent, clean, and very comfortable beds with high quality pillows and sheets.

The only reason this doesn't receive 5 stars is because of our negative experience with the restaurant staff: they messed up not only our order, but two other tables around us. VERY unprofessional responses when told to correct the large mistakes (for example, if you have allergies or dietary restrictions such as not able to eat pork, you probably cannot trust you will get what you need on the first try). I actually heard one shout at a table from across the room, "DID YOU WANT YOUR EGGS OVER EASY, OR OVER MEDIUM??" to which the bewildered customer replied ".. scrambled?" and received "OH, RIGHT, SORRY!" As he ran back into the kitchen.

However, if you don't plan on eating there, you will have a fantastic stay!

The staff was very professional. It was a good stay with the exceptions of these things: the quality of food in the restaurant is horrible. The server was kind and apologetic but it was horrible food. The other thing is even though it was right next to the airport, I didn't have trouble with airplane sounds, more of my neighbors. The walls were so thin! I was awoken by an alarm from another room, I could hear my neighbor from across the hall 2 doors down snoring and the conversation of the neighbors directly to the side of me. The stay was paid for by my employer but if I would go back to Albuquerque on my dime, I wouldn't stay there.

Nice place to stay, had got a dirty room at first. But was switched out for a clean room right away. Great front desk gal to help us.

Food was great in the Restaurant. Really good service.. 1st morning the shower handle was stripped. No water. Even after it was "fixed" it would spin a bit before working. Then they double billed my credit card and 30 days later I still am not getting a response from anybody at this hotel.

Room should not have been rented out!

Maintenance still had work to do. Closet didn’t have a clothes rack nor luggage rack. Mini fridge didn’t have a knob to turn on. Patch work above shower wasn’t complete. Spackel from patch work was on wall and floor. Wallpaper was torn not peeling at seams. Housekeeping left the door to room open. I have pictures to show I was not exaggerating.

I am happy to say the rest of the room was clean and the beds very comfortable..

The hotel is nice especially if you are looking to just pass through but personally we had a few problems. First the good. The location is great, the hotel staff front counter staff was great, and easy parking.

The not so great. Our toilet was running when we got there which they fixed but to flush the toilet you had to hold the lever down until it was completely finished flushing. The air conditioning never really got the room cool. There was mold in the shower (see pictures) and in the closet. We told the front desk about it and asked them to have it cleaned but no progress. In addition the last day they gave us one less towel when cleaning the room. So when we got back I asked the cleaning lady for a towel. She looked at the other girl helping her, gave a huge sigh, and her body language alone told me she was annoyed. Finally she asked what size.

The hotel works if you are passing through and mold doesn't gross you out. But we stayed four nights and every shower was an effort in not touching the walls.

3.5 stars. Great hotel. I was very impressed with my check-in service as well as the service at the little hotel restaurant - there was a particular gentleman (Hector is his name I think), who went above and beyond to help hotel customers like us. The other staff however, was disappointing. I saw a hotel manager chatting with customers for over an hour, without attending to other customers. I also noticed other restaurant staff working very little, leaving the majority of the work to this poor chap. It's a pity - I would have given it full marks but a number of the staff were below average in an otherwise wonderful hotel.

This was a very great hotel. The beds were comfortable and the shower was quite nice. I didn't stay for very long so I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities, but I am sure they were awesome. I recommend staying here.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel! The front desk had my phone number and credit card under someone else's name. They refused to check me in even after I showed them my confirmation number. Finally after 20 minutes or arguing with them they checked me in, never once admiting fault or apologizing. Then I was informed that the pool was closed, which disappointed my 11 year old. Also they didn't have enough line cooks for the restaurant so they were only serving appetizers. So instead of relaxing I had to leave the premise and have dinner else where. The next morning I went down to have breakfast of which I had paid in advance, just to be told breakfast wasn't being served for another hour. I was told when I upgraded to the breakfast package, that breakfast would be served at 6:30, seeing how I needed to be at a graduation ceremony by 7:30, I thought this would be great. Instead breakfast wasn't being served until 7:30 so once again I have to leave the premise and hunt for breakfast of which I already paid the hotel for. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay at this over priced scam of a hotel. The front desk staff were not friendly at all and they were careless with my credit card. Stayed on 5-12-17

Dank. Yuckola. Stay away. Bait and switch x 10. Power went out.
Tacky and Gross, gross, gross. Cloying, fetid, air. Darkest, narrowest shower stuck around a tight corner behind a wall with peeling wall covering, brightened only by mold and mildew. You could open or close the bathroom door - or enter or leave the shallow bathroom, not both. Faucet slides 3 inches if you touch it in an oversize sink hole. Wall paper torn, saggy, lumpy. Ceiling, if you can call it that, like a kid put texture over lumpy wall board seams. Something out of 'The Shining'. Half expected a creepy lady to crawl across the walls and ceiling, You will catch something. Posh lobby, courteous desk staff. Hell upstairs.

Charged my card before telling me all the charges. Gave me a rate for 2 dats then after charging me and I asked why the price was not what was quoted told me the second day was a different price than what was quoted. Their explanation was all hotels have a difference in price on the next day--higher. My only complaint was that I was not fully informed of all the charges beforehand and asked that my second day be refunded which they said they could not do any refunds. Maybe this was this fellows 1st day but instead of proper service they asked me to leave. I am a holiday inn preferred customer and have stayed at 100s of hotel and never had this kind of treatment. I would not recommend this particular hotel. They also noted they would red glad this review when I told them I would be writing it so they seem to not take criticism too well so they might improve on their service. FYI. I stayed at the Ramada instead and the woman at the counter went over the details of charges before charging without my asking. Exemplary service model at the Ramada
