We stay at the Hyatt every time we're in town. The location is super handy. The staff is professional. The breakfast is quite good. Do recommend.

Every trip to Albuquerque, this is where I stay. The rooms are identical, like going home, and always impeccable. It has always been very quiet, with a good variety of breakfast-bar food. Most of all, the Staff at front desk are very professional, courteous, and helpful.

Clean, quiet, restful, business-oriented, yet immediately adjacent to some of the most upscale shopping and restaurants in Albuquerque. Centrally located in the Uptown area, convenient to many major companies and easy freeway access. The staff is exemplary, and although this is not a five-star property the management treats guests as though it is. I cannot recommend this property more highly!

The night staff was wonderful!! Our room on the 2nd floor was quiet and clean! We did not hear any road noise and we appreciated the security in the parking area. The pool was a nice little bonus being open late. Breakfast was a little crowded but overall we were VERY pleased and will be back!!

The rooms are set up really handy with a little sitting area. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. They also have a menu of stuff for free, stuff you can borrow, and stuff you can buy in case you forget something. I thought that was really nice. Not to mention their breakfast offers a variety and even hot items. Breakfast was always good while I was there. The staff was nice and helpful.

We recently reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Uptown in Albuquerque for guests of my daughter’s wedding. Those who stayed there reported being pleased with the accommodations and amenities. Hotel staff were polite and responsive to questions and concerns. Specifically, when there was a mix-up regarding welcome bags left by the bride at the front desk for distribution to guests at check-in, sales director, Shana, and other hotel personnel were apologetic and quickly took measures to correct the situation and compensate for the inconveniencea mark of terrific customer service!

One word of caution to those interested in reserving room blocks for special events > make sure guests are aware that, if they opt for a different discount package when making a reservation (AARP, military, etc.), the reservation will not count toward the block even if they’ve mentioned the block name and could, therefore, prevent adequate fulfillment of the minimum reservation requirement.

Well the service here is pretty amazing. When we checked in it was pretty fast. Not only that but the rooms are also pretty amazing there modern and up to date in technology. I also like the free breakfeast which tastes pretty good.

I've stayed here twice now, and overall I was very satisfied. The desk staff are great, checkin was super simple, the cleaning staff were attentive and responsive, and the breakfasts are amazing. My only real complaint is the constant door slamming. I didn't notice it as much on the 4th floor, but on the 1st floor, there are doors slamming all over the place all hours of the day and night. The outside doors slam, the 'staff only' doors slam, and the room doors slam if you let them. It was really annoying.

Check in was a breeze. We had fun using the outdoor pool with our 3 year old. Our night was quiet, comfortable, with no disruptions. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast! Fantastic options are nearby for shopping, dinner and drinks; and all within walking distance. 10/10. Would stay again.

On the first floor for a night and the road noise was fairly loud. Other than that, I did enjoy my stay and the rest of the amenities were great. The fitness center includes a few cardio machines and a single bench with free weights. Breakfast bar was better than most hotels I've stayed at. Overall, I would stay here again but I would prefer a room facing away from Louisiana Blvd.
