Holiday Inn employees make it more like Holliday Home. The rooms are spectacular, beds very comfortable and employees are the friendliest and most sincere, caring I've ever encountered.

I will never stay here again. My car was broke into and the hotel staff lied and said they called but did not. I was notified by the police banging on my door. Then I was told I needed to leave since my car was broken into. They wouldn’t refund my card so I could stay somewhere else. I would recommend that no one else stay here!!! So disappointed in the way the whole thing was handled by the staff.

Staying at this hotel is worth it just to be able to see miss Tanya in the morning. She makes you feel like family! Also it's a nice clean little hotel with good staff and the shower pressure is great.

Stayed here last night with my daughter & 4 yr old grandson. Room was wonderful. It had a fridge, microwave & sink. Very clean & wonderful breakfast. Fresh made pancakes, biscuits & gravy, cheese omelets and sausage & bacon. Highly recommend!

Holiday Inn Express, is exactly that. Express. The lobby is beautiful but the beds are uncomfortable. I know they aren't cleaned well because I found long strands of hair on our pillows from the previous guests. The shower head, settings cannot be changed, sprayed so much water that I needed to place towels because it was leaking out. Express shower indeed. However, the continental breakfast is good, the lobby is lovely and the guests are quiet. 3 stars. Will I stay again? Probably not, unless it's the only option.

Great location for this holiday inn! We were staying as a pit stop. The staff was very accommodating! Room was clean, lobby and other common areas were clean and well kept! The pool is open until 1am, which is great for the late arrivals and perfect way to tire out the kids from a long ride!! The have a large HOT breakfast offered in the morning. There's tons of options and definitely accomidating to most dietary needs.

Comfortable beds, room was a King bed with pull-out sofa. There was a microwave and sink/wet-bar in the room. The room had a full-sized desk that made working from my laptop easy and comfortable. The shower/tub and toilet area were incredibly small, but the room overall was larger than a typical hotel room. The decor is a little outdated, but clean and functional. Parking is free. The hotel is easy to access off the interstate and there are restaurants nearby.

We stayed at the Holiday inn Express & Suites in Albuquerque for one night. Rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Everything worked properly. There were a few stains and such on the carpet and drapes. The door to the bathroom hit the light fixture each time it opened and closed. Breakfast was fairly standard. One elevator was broken, but there are two, so we were covered. Pool was refreshing.

I've never wrote a review before but I am very impressed! Traveling from California looking for somewhere decently priced. We've paid ridiculous prices for hotels that weren't the best on our trip. $100 here got us a King suite. Very nice. Even had a Keurig in our room.

Consistently you can't go wrong staying at a Holiday Inn Express and this place is consistently good. Typical breakfast with hot eggs and sausage and the regular cereal and yogurt. A/C works all-be-it a little on the noisy side. The two bed configuration my room came with was interestingly only the size of a super single or possibly full but certainly not Queen or even Double bed sized. No problem as I travel alone so I enjoyed the 4 extra pillows. The pool outside was nice and refreshing, clean and quiet. With microwave and mini fridge in the room along with the complimentary breakfast, this hotel does well for those road warriors like myself.

Great hotel! It is right off the freeway, which made it super convenient. There are so many little restaurants close by. The room is quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast did leave something to be desired but as far as hotel breakfasts go, it wasn't bad. My kids enjoyed it and that's what matters. The pool was a little cold for my children, I wish more hotels had heated pools. But we would stay here again because it was definitely a good experience.

Could use a little updating. Other than that, very nice hotel for great price. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc in room. Pretty decent views especially at night of the city. Bathroom mirror and sink is in room rather than in separate bathroom with shower and toilet so if you travel with friends make sure everyone agrees on a wake up time otherwise the light will wake everyone in the room up lol. Free breakfast that is mediocre--biscuits and cinnamon rolls are baked until they are so hard they are not edible.
