Very nice hotel, friendly staff and vey close to the brick light district that has a ton of foodie finds. There were a couple of large suspect vomit stains on the floor in the room that we were concerned with. It was late after a ten hour drive, or we would have asked to move rooms. Other than that a real clean room. So maybe was an anomaly.

Accommodated room: Comfortable King Sized Bed, small Kureig Single Serving Coffee Maker, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, Dish TV. Service was warm and comforting. Staff knew of great local places to eat. 24-7 Shuttle service was excellent (3mi pickup/dropoff radius from hotel). Front desk has supplemental toiletries upon request, including cold/room temp bottles of water. Breakfast was decent, a nice selection of basic foods: muffins, pastries, cereals, yogurt, pancakes, bacon, sausage, omelettes, oatmeal, fruit, orange juice, milk, coffee. Hotel was very clean and organized.

Very clean for the part if town it was in good staff just wish the parking lot was more lit up for cars safty. Has a pool and is close to a bunch of food options and was really cheap for s mid week hotel

Love this hotel!! However our vehicle was broken into. Police officer advised us that a couple blocks down was a high crime area. Hotel staff was very friendly and went through cameras, however police wasn't very helpful. I would stay here again only if it were gated.

Extremely friendly staff, in great spirits decorating for Halloween and when I arrived. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is small, but sufficient. Easy airport access.

Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They were very accomodating and did all they could to make our stay great. This hotel had a portable crib, not a pack and play, and that was major points in my book!!! The breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. Again, the staff was fantastic so that just made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The welcome and check in was nice. The room was clean. The indoor pool was engineered bad. Some lady was crying because she was getting splashed outside of the pool while she read a book. Not a good place to expect not get get wet. Breakfast was pretty awesome. Lots to eat.

A nicely remodeled location, and a pleasant stay overall.

Though the staff was very friendly, and the room very comfortable, i noticed that certain areas weren't as cleanly as i expect from the HIE brand. Not anything that made me feel uncomfortable, but with locations that meet the standards well receiving 4 stars, this location falls just below for me.

I had a great stay at the holiday inn and express on Yale blvrd in Albuquerque, NM. All the staff was very friendly especially Jude the office manager. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. Also one night we noticed a police car was patrolling our hotel parking lot as well as the hotels next door. That gave me piece of mind especially with all the crimes that have been happening in hotel parking lots to cars recently. I will defiantly be staying here again next time I go to Albuquerque.

The hotel is close to the airport, but so is another Holiday inn so make sure you are at the right one. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which is nice. My double Queen room was a little on the small side but not bad. The street noise on the ground floor was kind of loud, but that was eventually drowned out by the air conditioner running all night to keep the room cool.
