Stayed there just Christmas Eve and brought back bed bugs and still dealing with them after spending over a thousand dollars and I am going to have to throw out all my furniture. Warning to anyone staying there to check the mattresses for bugs or black specks. If you see any of these get the hell out

I stayed here for 2 nights and for the most part I enjoyed my stay. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but the beds were very comfortable. The first night I checked, the guy at the front desk was pleasant. He got my in my family pretty quickly with no issues at all. The second night there was a much older lady working the desk who really doesn't need to be working the desk. I called the front desk because I needed fresh towels Sun's I didn't get room service (no fault of the hotels, my wife just didn't trust people in the room with our things without us being there). She answers the phone, I tell her what I need, she says, "Yea, come down!" and immediately hangs up the phone. I go down stairs to get my towels and she brings me one. I needed 4, which I tried telling her before she just walked off. When she comes back and I tell her again that I needed 4, she catches an attitude. I'm not sure what type of hospitality that is, but it sucked! She needs to work on that. Besides that everything else was pretty good. I'd stay here again.

I just notice this tonight and they are trying to charge me for another night when I checked out at the designated time and date. I will hopefully get this resolved in the morning. If this isn't resolved I will press charges and never stay at a super 8 ever again.

Front desk staff was an old lady that was clueless how to speak to customers. Would not let me check the room in advance and then it was horrible. Walked out without a refund. $90 for a single bed, NOPE

The room had some issues. Notably the weird substance I noticed on the night stand. The night manager was accommodating. The morning Manager/Owner not so much, he didn't even bother getting off the phone (a personal call) when I checked out. Will not stay here again.
