Great bartender, very social and a great sense of humor. Great person to talk to when travelling alone. Not to mention, the drinks were great!

Most of the staff were rude. The place smelled like sewer when we came through the door. The light in the bathroom did not work. The place looks like a dump. The only good thing is the shower and the bed is kind of comfortable. The food is way over priced. For doing pretty much everything yourself I give it ☆ At least last time the staff were nice. I guess they do not get paid enough to do their job. Very sad! I hope I never have to go there again.

If it's possible to give negative stars I would. I was unable to make a trip and was charged one night for not cancelling in their cancellation window. Blue would not remove the charge and he made no attempt to make the customer happy and I will tell the world that this place is truly unprofessional. Thank goodness for Marriott, where you're treated as a person and where they want your business. Adios Aloft.

Parking was close and free and you can leave your car parked for the weekend if needed. Restaurants and entertainment are within easy walking distance.

The hotel was not and is not a dive. But I was disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. Scuff marks on the walls, ripples in the carpet, stains in the ceiling and visible signs of wear and tear in the rooms.

The lobby furniture looks trendy, but we did not find it to be comfortable and it looked worn as well.

Could be a very nice hotel. It simply lacks some TLC.

This is one of the most filthy and damaged rooms I have ever stayed in, something I was not expecting from a 3 star hotel. The decorative pillows had some sort of white mucous-y stains on them, very off putting. The carpets were HEAVILY stained, I only got one picture but the problem was in at least 2 other spots in the room. The headboard was pretty damaged from what looks like a very wild night someone had in there. The bathroom door was also damaged and the bathroom had gunk in all the corners. The pool was unbearably cold, a staff member tried to get it warmed up for us but it was going to take too long and we had to be at a wedding. The safe was also broken, I advised the front desk and they said someone would come to fix it--that person never came. We arrived late on a Friday and I mentioned to the front desk worker that the room was pretty dirty and she just kinda brushed it off. I was too exhausted from the journey but I regret not requesting a room transfer a little more sternly.

I called Priceline, which is where I booked and they could do nothing because the hotel refused to do anything or accept the criticism.

So here I am, complaining on a Google review, hoping to save the next person a disgusting experience. For the money, you could stay at a lot nicer places. These aren't even all the broken/filthy things I discovered in the room. There was more I discovered in the light of day but we were just too busy to keep taking photos of this horrible room.

I love staying here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is the best part-there's so much to do within walking distance.

I also appreciate how quiet and nice the other guests are every time I stay. The staff is very friendly.

The parking situation is confusing but doable.

Very nice room. The layout is a great is of space with lots of natural light. However, it smelled like they had recently had to change out some carpet or something similar because our room smelled like carpet adhesives.

Very nice location surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel was very modern and clean. They use the Bliss brand of toiletries which I love although I do wish they gave you the Bliss face wash too like I have seen at the W brand hotels. The workout room had very nice equipment and there was a pool table in the lobby which was pretty cool.

Overall a nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are comfortable but very small (like a NYC hotel room).

This is an amazing place to stay. My family and I love it! They have a little sandwich bar for you to grab a light lunch. They have a gym so that you do not have to mess up your routine. They have a pool for the kiddos and us adults too. They coolest part is that you can Check in, check out, and even unlock your room door with an app so you do not have to worry about losing your room keys! The staff is so nice. The atmosphere was exceptional. I would recommend for anyone to stay here!

Room was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Shower was not thoroughly cleaned. Staff not so muchwomen at desk were very condescending. Not very accommodating. Elevators do not work properly.

The room was nice, hotel was very nice and modern. Right in the middle of a lot of tasty restaurants and neat little shops. I gave it a 3 though because as soon as you opened the door to the hallway where our room was, there was a terrible smell. It just hit you, like the door had been holding it in the hall. We thought it'd get better in our room, but we could still smell it in our room. It smelled like really bad sewage, so I informed the front desk person. In case there was a leak or something he could do. He just apologized for the smell
Not sure if the smell went away or we just got used to it, but it was gone the next morning. I want to think it was a fluke, and I'd stay there again.
