Clean, safe location, two happy hour drinks for 2. Also decent breakfast with made to order omelette. Beds comfy and clean. Coin operated Washer/dryer right by I've machine and elevator No complaints at all! I'll definitely stay again.
The hotel lobby & rooms feel fresh and new and very CLEAN! I interacted with 5 or 6 employees and they were wonderful. Their complimentary breakfast includes an omelet station where the staff will cook your eggs to order. I look forward to staying here again!
First off the lady at the front desk was on her phone and had an attitude when she "helped" us. The restroom in our room there was a wire hanging down from the light fixture. There was a chunk of the armrest mixing from the chair in the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not bad all in all. The ac/ heater was was very loud and noisy, could not use it when you're trying to sleep. I will not be staying here again.
My room had tiny bugs that bit my legs. The room itself was comfortable but be warned don't go barefoot. The carpet felt strange on bare feet. I think they never clean the carpet.
Easy to find! Right off 435 and Metcalf. Close to Walmart, and plenty of places to eat. The hotel has complimentary breakfast, happy hour (I received tickets for free drinks), and a small outdoor pool. The king suite I stayed in had a microwave and mini fridge. The staff is really nice and very helpful. There car electric car plugs outside and they offer a car ride service.
Cozy room, crazy nice staff. Parking was ample, nice places to walk to for food. Overall, very very good. Everything was where it was supposed to be which is nice. The towels were soft and the bed was the best bed I've ever slept on in the Kansas City area and that's no joke because I keep track of this kind of thing. Also don't sleep on the fact that the microwave and mini-fridge are clutch.
Breakfast was okay not the best hotel. Got the "sweet" and uh it was not good. Was small and been to better and cheaper places with way better rooms. Vending machines where sold out of mostly everything. Bathroom smelled (not in a good way) but coffee was good. The bed sheets where damp but the bed it self was good. I guess I would come here again was not too bad but could be way better.
This hotel was great! First off the building looks really cool. I arrived in the afternoon and the front desk was very friendly. The got me all checked in in a matter of minutes and then she handed me two free beverage tickets for the happy hour that was going on right inside the hotel restaurant. Its not often I get that kind of service! The place was filled with friendly and attractive people.
The room itself was very comfortable and quiet. Great bed! Great shower! I was able to buy food for me room because it had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The TV was great and the air conditioner was wonderful.
Its location is nice too, it's right off the interstate, just outside of downtown and near numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Very comfortable, clean, safe and affordable.
Everything has been great. Room was a bit warm and took some time to cool off. Otherwise it has been great.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Courtious staff. Good breakfast. Cozy seating area near the lobby.
We stay here annually. We keep coming back cause its always a GREAT stay. Breakfast is top notch. Our one wish would be to make the pool indoor for year round use.
This Hotel is awesome! It is centrally located in Overland Park which is really nice becuase everything is in walking distance from the Hotel! The Hotel also offers a great breakfast and happy hour which includes 2 free drinks a night! Highly recommend!!
First of all, the coffee is good. After driving 8+ hours on Christmas Eve, the Comfort Inn & Suites Overland Park was a welcome destination. Check in was easy. The place is well kept. Most importantly, there was hot coffee still waiting in the lobby. And, it was good. Breakfast looked nice, but I didn't have a chance to sample any of the fare. It was Christmas Day, and there were still hours of southbound travel ahead. We got a good night's sleep, and I attribute that partly to our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites.
The hotel, the price, and the value all match. This is a great place to stay, or call home while traveling.
