Not bad over all. Rooms are inexpensive and the location was perfect. Close to everything. However, the room smelled musty, the toilet wouldn't stop running and the TV didn't work okay place to just crash and get sleep. The "Continental breakfast " left quite a lot to be desired. Recommend walking to the corner to Dennys for breakfast. AND: No hot water the 2nd day. Front desk lady very condescending.

Dated and worn. Bathroom is old and used. Cracked plaster and caulking. Strange furniture. Location is good though.
Update: aircon in room leaked water all over the laminate floor. Didn't get any of our stuff wet but we demanded another room. New room was better and less dated. Updated pictures.
Update 2: new room has microwave and coffee pot over the refrigerator. One outlet wasn't working. So to cook something, we had to move fridge out and exchange plugs. Dumb. Maids did not leave fresh towels and of course I didn't realize that until after my shower. Tub has visible mold.response / report this review -

Honestly couldn't find a better place for the price. Located right next to Universal and a good amount of restaurants, shuttle service to both Disney and Universal, free breakfast, smoke-free, clean and rooms, quiet, friendly staff. Zero complaints. Highly recommend for a budget-friendly vacation!

Location is good. Only about 20 min walk from universal studios. I know this because i walked from there. The shuttle is at convienent time for morning but coming back is a bit of hassle. Room is a good size. Service was good too

Dump. Rust on all steel surfaces. I can overlook the no carpet. Mold on the back side of the lampshade. We regularly stay in super 8 properties but totally disappointed. Additionally hard to find hiding behind 4 seasons no signage on main road. Hole in Bath tub floor covered by grip mat and that is ripped.

- Maintenance was not to good focusing on a clean shower.
For $50 a night is a good bargain for your money. I been to other hotels that were around $200-$300 and there not better than here. You save & feel comfortable.response / report this review -

We spent 5 days here due to hurricane Irma, and the rooms were recently renovated and very clean. The bathrooms need updating but the rest of the property looks impressive as far as a budget chain goes. I was blown away by the efficiency, dedication, and kindness of the staff. All were working what appeared to be 16 hour shifts due to the storm, and responded quickly to any issues that came about. As a hotel manager, I wish I could take this entire staff for my property!

I ended up canceling the reservation for my room here. WHY???? I read all the HORRIBLE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON YELP!!! Filthy floors, sticky carpets..mold in shower..and MOST OF ALL..BED BUGS! Wow. It was way better than I was expecting considering how cheap it was. The room was great, very clean, microwave a fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the tub. It had some spots and the faucet was constantly dripping. Far from a deal breaker but the only fault I found.

The rooms aren't perfect but for the price it is amazing. The location is good. There is a lot around and it is close enough to the convention center to not be a hassle.

Never ever.EVER! Even think about staying at this dump! It is an absolute health risk! Rooms stink from moldand its because there is so much of it! Absolutely disgusting! Moved to a 2nd roomstill had the smell, woke up in the morning covered in bites! Turned the beds inside out and bugs everywhere!! This place should be reported to the health department!!! How can i give it less than 1 star!!! There isn't enough bad words in my vocabulary to describe this feral place!!!! I wouldn't let my dog's turd sit on the beds here!!! Disgraceful!!!

Enjoyed my stay there which was multiple days. Staff very friendly but would not recommend using the ticket service in the lobby very high prices, but this is not part of Motel.
