I would give 0 star, if there is an option. If you want to be bitten by insects inside the room, here is the place. You can find the feeling of staying in the rainforest. Second day, you will find you swollen feet and cannot enjoy the trip. It's my first time to comment on a hotel (you know most cases, Hilton and Sheraton are similar in many aspects). Really angry and the lady manager in this hotel gives a scientific response to me. She said she will check it out find out what's insect. In another word, she doesn't believe what customer says. Don't let it ruin your trip. I have to go pharmacy to buy some cream

Four Points is in a very convenient place and just a 20 minute walk from Universal Studios. It has the two bus stops for the 8, 42, and 37 Lynx buses, and Green Line and Red Line I-Drive Trolleys. The rooms are lovely and so clean, the stafd was amazing, and the food was delicious. There are so many areas for shopping and eating. 10/10 would stay again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Went to the restaurant for a drink with fried that were guests. We arrived in the restaurant with no employee around. There were 4 people drinking at the bar. We seated ourselves, and waited approximately 10. Finally, an employee came out of the kitchen. We ordered our drinks with no issues and the young lady was very pleasant.

Checked in to the hotel today. I noticed the light on my side of bed did not work. I looked and it wasn't plugged in. I went to plug it in and the plug exploded in my hand. Burnt the tip
Of my index finger. We had to ask to be moved to another room. Manager did offer to call 911. No offer at all to make it right though. This could have ended up much worse.
Very disappointed at the lack or sincere customer service.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very easy to find and is conveniently located near all of the hot spots/destinations we wanted to go.

As others noted the rooms are a bit out dated but it's do-able. You need to use your room key for everything throughout the hotel. E.g. Access to elevator and room.

I've noticed a few rusty areas around the bathroom fixtures but once again, it didn't bother us.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is below average, room was clean but the fixtures in the bathroom felt old, the complementary Continental breakfast for Platinum guests only included the cold items, hot we're $5 extra which is a pretty small thing they could comp but decided not to. The view was great as this tower stands above everything in the area and there is a convenient shuttle to Universal. Exercise room equipment was pretty limited and no indoor pool so if it's raining you're stuck watching TV.

Good location but bus shuttles are hours apart. When I asked the front desk for feminine products, the lady did not hear me (even though I did say it loud enough for even the next person to hear). After repeating myself again and loudly enough for everyone around me to hear, she still doesn't hear me, but the service rep next to her heard me and assured me that she could send some up to my room. After an hour of waiting, I called back down to the front desk and was told that they will check up on it. I just gave up and went to bed because they never called me back or sent it up. If you don't have the product just tell me you don't have it. I don want to wait around hoping that you might send it up even after I had to tell the whole lobby about my problem.

Despite the water leaks from the hurricane this place is much nicer than the last place I stayed at which was the I-drive Grand Resort. That other place is a total dump and should be demolished as soon as possible after evacuating everyone from there of course.
However, @ Four Points, I like the fact that you need to have a key card to go up in the elevator. However, you don't need one in order to go down. The restaurant menu is limited but the quality of the food is good enough. It's a very nice building, good amenities, pretty landscape and best of all nice people.

The service was fantastic. I booked last minute, and I mean within hours of staying, and I was afraid there were going to be issues. There was not. Check in was fast and the manager was greeting guests as they came into the lobby. I was alone with my kids and the security feature with the elevator was excellent. You have to insert your card and then press your floor. If our don't have a key, you don't get in. If you're going to swim, don't worry about taking a towel from the room. They have fresh towels by the entrance to the pool. It's very close to Universal Studios, shops, and dining. Very clean room, well organized. We did have a mini fridge, but no microwave. I would stay here again.

Great location with great staff, we weren't staying there the day we needed help but did so because we were past customers and we're going to stay with them. Nice people.

The room was really comfortable, but felt sort of bare. Everything was clean, but just felt like it was missing a uniqueness. Staff was courteous, check-in and checkout was relatively simple.

Great location. Facilities can use renovations. Beware of elevators, bordering theme park feeling (closing its door super fast)

I attended two days of Scrum Training in this hotel. I like the location (near to Universal Orlando) and at International drive. I love the ambience of meeting room and the arrangements. I didn't stay here so, i have no comments about their rooms and services. I would give 4 stars for the meeting room, location, parking facilities and arrangements
