Overall it was a great resort, the rooms were nice as well as the access to the beach. There are amenities that are included in the price but were not explained. This includes kayaks and bicycles etcwe were supposed to receive a wrist band at check-in that granted us access to this, but did not. My guest and I did not find out about these included amenities until our last day there on vacation, so we did not really get to enjoy the full experiance and ended up spending additional money on third partiesso I felt a bit ripped off therealso, the drinks are a huge rip-off by the pool! They skimp on quality and quantity! Im not sure if I would return to this resort for another visit.

We stayed in the K building at Sundial Resort. It's close to the pool and beach, which was very convenient. The food and service is very good, and I would recommend getting a cabana by the pool for an easy spot for everyone to gather and leave there stuff.

We went for lunch and the food was delicious! I had the fish tacos and tried the mussels; both were so good. The view of the beach was relaxing and the service was top notch.

Our room at the Sundial was perfect! Short walk to the beach and the pool. Well equipped kitchen and gorgeous rooms. Fantastic market with anything that you may have forgotten. We will definitely be back.

Great place for couples and families. The staff is super friendly and you get great service. Only complaint is that the breakfast options were really limited and what they advertised for breakfast wasn't there. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Just went there for a milestone anniversary. The kitchen was dirty (counters, sink, shelves, dishes, etc.), the toilet didn't flush properly, the kitchen faucet didn't work properly, the sofa pillows were dingy, the lamps were difficult to operate because of worn switches, there was a broom but no dustpan, and the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Very disappointing for over $200 per night.

Rented a 1 bed/1 bath condo but because it was part of their time share program they couldn't tell us much about the room and what it had to offer (didn't like that and thought they should be able to tell us everything). We ended up with 2 doubles in the room and a double and queen sleeper bed (they thought only a queen sleeper) Lots of pools of site so nothing was crowed and a private beach. Enjoyed a full kitchen so being a full family we could bring all we needed and eat at our own leisure. Chairs/umbrellas/towels/sand toys/bikes we're all included but are limited (the beach toys they shouldn't even advertise since they only have a couple and they are worn down, very glad we brought our own) bikes are not beach bikes and that would have been nice and fun. We got very little house keeping. Part of me expected it being that we rented a condo and all the units look different (I saw a few of the other insides when we were unloading) but since it is run like a hotel I expected it daily. The first day we had housekeeping show up at 6 pm. We had to get them too give us more towels right away since there were only 2 sets in the room for a whole family. 2 units around is were being renovated while we were there (noisey during the day) and all units face the gulf but not all have a view (we didn't).

Recently visited this resort for a day as part of a family vacation. The location is great and very convenient, you can literally walk out of the room and be at the beach in 2 minutes. Included in your stay are many activities such as paddleboarding and tennis that would otherwise add quite a bit to a vacation's cost. The on site restaurant has a great happy hour, however their food is nothing remarkable, so perhaps a search for food elsewhere would be a better idea next time. Overall the resort is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to book it in the future.

The stay started with me walking into the restrooom and a tiny roach running for a small hole in the corner of the wall. We pulled back the bedsheets and there was blood on the sheets in the center of the bed. So we ended up having to use a different set of sheets, we provided ourselves. And then when we were putting things away in the drawers, we found a dirty wadded up bathing suit (which the bottoms fell out onto my significant other and he freaked out). The room was not worth what we paid. And it does not feel like a resort type setting. Especially with what you pay to stay. I was highly disappointed.

Great great stay! We loved the amenities, our condo, the pool and the quick access to the beach. We were fortunate that the weather was nearly perfect every day. My only change is to increase the staff at the on-site restaurants and poolside bar. One bartender and waitress for a Saturday afternoon was well below what they needed.

We stayed here for a 4 day kid free vacation from Minnesota! The resort is very lovely, well groomed and maintained, the staff was extremely friendly and nice, shout out to he hostess Lucy-she is AWESOME! The rooms were, clean and the beds were comfy. The "tiki bar" is only open til 7pm which is kind of a bummer. The only con I had was the food wasn't the greatest at $30+ a plate. the Sushi was amazing though! We would definitely come back!

This resort is lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bed is fabulous!! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our needs. The restaurants we tried had interesting options and we loved everything we tried. The staff went out of its way to help you and see you had everything you needed for having a good time. We will be back.

Great place to relax! Free bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and an excellent gym! The staff was very helpful and made great recommendations. There is a pool for the kids and one for the adult crowd. They have a great convenience store on property for anything you forget. Plenty of tennis courts. The beach is amazing and has the best shelling on the island. Happy hour is pretty good too. The room was a little dated, but very spacious. Highly recommend.
