The hotel is looking wonderful after recovering from hurricane Irma. Everything looked back to normal with maybe a little more polishing and fresh appearance. A great venue for a drink or dinner.

Love this hotel, exceptional staff that will go out of the way to make you happy. They also we're extremely accommodating and concerned with providing gluten free options. Terribly sad to see that I had a wonderful weekend away and then Irma impacted this hotel. I hope you recover soon Naples Grande!!

Great Labor Day Weekend Getaway. Greeted warmly by Kristo on an otherwise rainy day. Checked in promptly, beautiful accommodations. Clouds lifted. Poolside afternoon for a yummy lunch with the help of Dana.

I've stayed here many times where we had several conventions at this site. Always clean and easy to work with. Beach is there, but a bit of a hike to get there. Rooms comfortable and "sleep worthy". Pool is great as is the food.

Nice big hotel. The main pool is great, especially for children as there is a waterslide, or there is an Adults Only pool if you don't have young ones. The pool was extremely busy at Weekend however as I think they have member guests visiting, so midweek may be better. Golf carts run you to the beach, which is excellent. We had a gulf view double double room and the view was excellent - we watched the sunset over the gulf in the evening. The bathroom had a fantastic bath big enough to fit 4 people in! Food is very expensive however (especially in the evening at the Pelican), so you may find it better to dine out.

Love this place, awesome pool with a slide, separate adult pool, multiple bars and restaurants, amazing rooms with amazing bathrooms. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away, down a beautiful boardwalk through the mangroves! Very relaxed with tons of excitement at the same time. You decide for yourself what you want to enjoy.

Overpriced hotel. It looks great from the outside but once you are inside it's a different story. Leaky fridge, leaky sink, AC did not work properly, hair on the towels. Also rude and uninformed staff. Bartender told us the beach and pool opened at 11 a.m.!!! What? Rooms on the upper floors have a good view of the gulf and mangroves. However it's a 20 minute walk to the beach through the mangroves. Management is not concerned about unhappy customers at all. Also be prepared for the personal boom boxes at the beach and pool which completely ruin the tranquility. Management should not allow this behavior on this property.

Absolutely beautiful! Everyone was very kind and tentative to my needs. They also have a tram that takes you to the beach and they have complimentary cushioned lounge chairs for guests. The pool is awesome and it has a water slide. They also have an adult only pool. Absolutely loved my stay here and will be coming back!

Very nice and clean. Staff if friendly and helpful. Catch of the day restaurant was a great place to end for the evening. Pool bar has a good selection of lunch items and the service is fast. Bubble Q happy hours with$5 flutes of champagne, you can't beat. Rooms are very clean and remodeled, only negatives is the pealing paint from the bathtub, and rug in the room, we stayed in the Villa.

Very nice environment, friendly service but no gulf or beach view. Prices are high.
We went here beginning of April 2017 for an quiet evening of apps and wine. There had just been a quick spring shower so the outside was not setup. We sat at the bar, around 6 on a Tues we were the only ones there. Servers was the bartender, who made great recommendations and helped us get our food choices picked. It was nice, intimate, quiet. Inside was tastefully decorated. I probably won't pick this to go back to as a restaurant destination - there are more scenic places all around this area. We had 3 glasses of wine and 3 appetizers for $140 without tip.response / report this review
