Amazing view and definitely worth it for the price. Room was pretty clean, could have been better stocked: We booked for 4 people but weren't given enough sets of towels or toilet paper, but the staff was easy to reach and replenished us quickly.
Our main issue is one that we could have avoided with some research, so this is for future guests! The motel is about a 5 min. drive up the mountain, out of city limits--BUT it's about a 20 minute walk into town, along a mountain highway that is completely unlit at night. Again, makes for beautiful views--but in a small town, this is good info to have so you don't end up like usno Lyft, no Uber, and limited cab service. If you are planning to imbibe, keep this in mind, as traveling to and from town can be tricky at night!response / report this review -

Kyle is a douche! Attempted to make a reservation for a wedding reception. He calls 3 days before and said the pipes froze and there wasn't running watercome to find out, there hasn't been water in that building in years!
He sucks!

We made a same day reservation due to weather. We were coming to Ned for a Keller Williams concert, and it was snowing. Decided we didn't want to drive back that late in the snow. Great choice! Very clean room, good service, and amazing views! We will call them anytime we need to stay in Nederland!

I could have stayed forever!! Super friendly and accommodating!! Great bed, clean rooms, excellent views and a great price!!! Thank you for having us!!!! It was the absolute best way to end the last 2 days of our vacation after tenting in Rocky Mountain National Park all week!!

Our stay at the Sundance Lodge was great. The views from the porch are breathtaking. We had a decent-sized cozy room that felt like being in a cabin. Everything was clean and well cared for. A mini fridge would have been helpful but not the end of the world. Dog friendly.
The Sundance Lodge is a 5 minute drive to downtown Nederland. Based on the price, views and service I would definitely stay here over other options in the area.response / report this review -

Great customer services and great views! Rooms were clean but very basic. No mini refrigerator, which is a must when restaurants close so early. We didn't have anywhere to put our food in that we bought from the grocery store.

Awesome view, friendly staff, and a cozy room only 30 minutes from Boulder. We loved it! The bathroom was a little tight, and the cafe was closed for remodel, but we had a great experience overall.

Great place!! I stayed in one of their newly remodeled rooms. Very clean and a incredible view. The new owner was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back this summer to see the changes/upgrades they do.

Possible the best burger I've ever had and such an amazing atmosphere and view. The price was also incredibly cheap for what you got and such friendly staff. Wish it was my local.

We love this place. This was our third time. 12 rooms, cafe/bar with a fantastic view. Older facility, slightly worn but very clean, bed was comfy. New owners and signs of improvements. Staff friendly and happy. We'll be back.
