Loud cars going by ALL night long. I had problems with it because I'm a light sleeper. Ear plugs didn't work but it did make it better.

The location of this hotel was great within walking distance of pearl street as well as the fox theater. The bathroom looked newly remodeled. The bedroom was clean and worked well for our visit.

Stayed here for 4 days. Extremely helpful staff and an excellent location. Walking distance to Pearl street and great restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

It's 3 blocks from Pearl Street which is the main area to be if you're in town and looking for the social center (over a dozen bars and restaurants). It is on a busy arterial street so there is some traffic noise. Convenient location and price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are basic but all the necessities are covered. Continental breakfast in a small area next to check in. Rooms are smallish, but serve the purpose. Good value for the money, with the basics covered.

Comfortable beds and plenty of space. The coffee is essentially on tap in the office and it's wonderful. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear a conversation in the next room but with the white noise of the AC it was not noticeable.

Good room although was a bit expensive. Nice remodel. Sufficient breakfast of pastries, juice and yogurt. Good location. Not enough parking. Very friendly staff. So cool to allow pets.

The staff was friendly. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room for free. Three stars because their Pet Policy is kind of crazy. You are not allowed to leave your dogs alone. If you do and they are barking the hotel will call you. If the can't get a hold of you after one call, they will call the Humane Society or the police. The hotel is walking distance from Pearl st, but we couldn't go to where we wanted to because we couldn't leave our dogs.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the location is great. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathrooms were updated. It just felt pretty pricey for what you get - but it's also peak season and hotels were difficult to come by.

I'll start with the good points: clean, great location, relatively inexpensive vs nearby hotels, patrons were friendly and so were staff.

Negatives: Very noisy. 2 of 3 nights we could hear police sirens even with two sound machines and the AC on high. Likely due to the fact that there was an enormous gap around the door. Patrons smoked outside their doors, which was prohibited and the hotel did nothing. Great as they had in window AC units that sucked in the smoke. They never had 'Do Not Disturb' signs available, even though we asked on two occasions. This would have likely stopped the occurrence below from happening

What gave this hotel 2 stars is that on our final day, we took our suitcases down to the car and proceeded to the farmers market, leaving behind our other items. When we arrived back, EVERYTHING in our room was gone, including $40 worth of food in the fridge, and the room was made up. When I went to the front desk, the cleaning crew said, "I thought you checked out." Unsure why they didn't check with the front desk before cleaning the room. In the hundreds of nights of my lifetime spent in hotels, this has to be a first. They did comp us one night, which bumped this from 1 star to 2.

Excellent place. Very friendly staff. Complementary breakfast is good. Place is near to pearl St mall. Near to grocery shop and even bus stop. Good view of mountains from the hotel and next to university of Colorado. What more one can expect !
