I was visiting a friend at the Baymeadows location. The room was nice & spacious but it was extremely hot due to the a/c not working.

It was old looking inside definitely needs updates. I went there to visit a friend and felt like the staff was watching my every move. They were taking notes and took my tag number down.

Bed was comfortable. AC blew cool. TV showed clear. Kitchenette very useful.

It was nasty. Cockroaches everywhere. The smell from the AC was nauseating. My children and I were evacuees from Hurricane Matthew and had to bring our 3 kittens with us and the facility almost kicked us out. The maintance man barged into our room and started demanding and questioning how we were living there. Needed pillows because they provided only 2 and accused us of stealing 2. They wouldn't bring us towels and wash rags. And yet they were worried about the smell from our kittens. We were there 2 nights and they are litter trained. We cleaned up after ourselves and the kittens. But let's talk about the odor that was already there. It was supposed to be a non smoking room which clearly it wasnt. The AC unit leaked inside the room and the floor was soaked. The beds were hard and didn't fit the box springs. It was a pig stye. Couldn't go anywhere else so we had to stay there. A rip off!
