Nice, big room, breakfast was good Staff seems friendly and facilities look well maintained I like the location, it's on the edge of town, so you can walk outside for exercise. Shopping center with an easy walk for food and groceries. I'll give it a solid like! 👍

Only giving 2 stars because the gal in reservations, I believe her name was Ranae, was very polite and helpful, willing to dig and find the answers I needed, if not for her I would have gave a half a star..

As for another staff member, our company has had guys stay in the motel a handful of times, and it seems every time Marybeth answers the front desk phone(if the phone even gets answered, usually it rings and rings and nobody picks up). But, oh Marybeth, she talks down to you, I asked a simple yes or no question, and she proceeded to talk to me like I was dumb.. Then I had another question, she asked me to hold on for a moment, and I can hear her snarky remarks about me with another employee in the background, then I get transferred without any warning because she didn't know the answer to my question, so if you cant answer my question to you maybe you should watch your remarks you make to me about asking it.

Other then that the hotel itself is a fine hotel, but in they eyes of someone who is traveling, the last thing you want to deal with is rude employees at the places you go.

The room was sparkly clean and smeelled amazing! Breakfast had a large selection, free dinner was served but i did not partake. Room was comfortable. Oh, and free beer and wine.

Stayed here during hurricane Irma. Front desk staff Lidia Landis was so very helpful and determined to make sure my family was safe. Then Morgan Jones went a step further in helping us extend our stay! 5 star staff makes a 5 star hotel!! Thanks again!!

A very clean and large dog friendly hotel is worth 5 stars in my opinion. Front desk was kind enough to give my pups some organic treats! Very happy!

Great hotel. It was clean Lobby and great customer oriented and friendly staff. Room was clean and smelled clean too. Breakfast was fully stocked with good customer service also. For the price it's highly recommended. Only thing is location is a little further away then most places.

The hotel is what you expect at a Holiday Inn Express, nice rooms, pool, breakfast, and amenities. The difference is the staff! Lidia and Mitch are very professional and go above and beyond for the customer. We needed the meeting room for a large family to gather for dinner and they made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend if you like professional, helpful, and courteous staff.

Having bad experiences hosting events at this location. Each time I call its a different reason why the conference rooms not available. This will be my last and final time booking a event here. Was told i could pay my remaining balance of $60 when I arrive for my event..i just received a call from the manager Aimee who called me while on vacation stating she needs a credit card now before they set my room for my event; mind you I have already paid 90% (cash)of my bill. This was very unprofessional to call me hours before my event after she told me a week ago not to worry about the balance pay it when I come in.

Worked Here For A Handful Of Days And I'm Not Impressed! Nice Hotel But The People Running It Are Horrible!! From The People That Work In The Front All The Way To The Housekeeping Supervisors I Would Never Recommend Anyone To Apply Here! Gossip Runs This Place! Nobody knows how to talk to each other with R E S P E C T -- A bunch of he say she say! Wish I knew how to get in touch with the owner!? Never Again! Once Again Nice Hotel HORRIBLE Management! Save yourself and go to one of the other surrounding hotels!
