Quality accommodations at an affordable price. Cracker Barrel nearby fast food restaurants pizzerias in grocery stores as well as several gas stations very close to West Jacksonville

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ve been to a lot of them. The staff is polite and keeps everything as clean as can be. They helped me out with parking a large vehicle, saving me a lot of money for storage.

Arrived and was told we did not have a reservation, thank goodness I had the Co firmation number with me. After being told they had no rooms customer service intervened and found us a room. Only cool shower available this am and no hair dryer in room. Room was clean.

We always stay at the Cecil Field Best Western when we got to Jacksonville and this hotel is the best in the area. It's close to all we need to get to and the people/staff are amazing and very thoughtful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and we've had really good upgrades.

Staff friendly. Good quality room. Only gripe is location. All closest night life is 30 plus minutes away. Except the bowling alley. But as for the hotel everything was exceptional.

I just stayed at this hotel as I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. I have to say that it was the best hotel experience!! The hotel is very well-maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was most impressed by the quality of the room which was the most spacious hotel room that I have ever stayed in. In spite of the strong winds outside from the hurricane, the sound proofing was so good that I barely heard any noise. Also the breakfast was excellent!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!

I had the displeasure of staying at this hotel for 5 nights for work. Television was spotty at best with the DirectTV dish constantly being interrupted by rain (hell, it is Florida!). The air conditioner worked off and on as well and managed to leak condensation 3 feet into the room so any time you went near it with socks on they would get soaked. The refrigerator consistently froze every item I put in there including food I intended for lunches each day which ruined them. My advice, if you're coming her for work stay elsewhere. And seemed like smoking rooms were still very much alive in this establishment as each floor had that stale smoky smell. Very much disappointed by the entire experience. I would have changed rooms but the hotel was sold out as it is a popular spot for railroad workers to stay.

Very clean hotel. The staff was very helpful. Bed was comfy and bathroom was very clean. A/C worked beautifully in the room. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at this best western were very helpful and friendly! The area is nice, right off the exit, and the hotel is close enough to walk to restaurants. Room cleanliness is probably average compared to most rooms. We stayed in a 2 room suite, which was helpful for us, we had family that visited while we were in town. We would recommend staying at this hotel, and we will definitely stay again!

Great service friendly staff. The rooms were smelled like ciggs need to be updated and neutralized. The rugs were old and dirty due to outdated. The room was clean but it was just old time for renovation. The breakfast room lady very friendly and very clean she was like a senior. She was super nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing!!! Just make sure hotel its up to date like rugs and smell. Other than this is amazing!!!
