Super cool place with a great location (short walk to the beach and some great restaurants/bars). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The design of the room was so modern and functional and it's what I wish my actual home looked like! My favorite part was the card in our room that showed different routes I could run right from the hotel to get my cardio in (1, 3 or 6 mile routes were included). No detail was left out when they redesigned these. Loved it and will definitely come back to stay there again!

This is a quaint little place with a cozy court yardand an outdoor fireplace. The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable. You definitely feel at home here.

Awesome! Had a really nice night/staycation. The wife and I stayed in room 306 last night and it was gorgeous. Room has a huge shower and really nice shabby chic but modern decor and super comfortable bed, nice big HD TV and all the necessary amenities. Nicely remodeled with great courtyard, even had a beer and wine lounge/bar, with live music by local bands. But before 10pm on a Saturday night all was wrapped up and very quiet! Great night sleep. We will definitely be back! Thanks

My husband and I just returned from a quick business trip to the area and I couldn't stop taking pictures of this immaculate, classy, chic hotel so I can redo my own home in this style someday. From the friendly, helpful owner and staff to the fantastic location, it is our new standard by which all other hotels will be judged. A quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants help to make this a no-brainer when it comes to booking our future stays. We're already planning our return visit. Great job!

Had an amazing time! This place is awesome. I came down with my 2 kids and lots of extended family. The courtyard, patio tables, and fire pit were such a great addition. The staff is incredible - Chandler, Stevan and Katie have gone above and beyond!!!!! And a fun bonus you can buy beer and wine 😃 Also it's in walking distance to some great restaurants, a cvs, and an urgent care center. And just a few blocks from the beach! Highly recommend!

I visited this cute little hotel for an birthday party recently and I was blown away with the remodel! The courtyard has a great vibe with a fire pit, community table and nice grass. The rooms are on the small side but perfect for a weekend beach getaway or for a weekday business traveler. Stevan the owner is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make all the guests feel welcome, even if they are just there for an event and not staying the night. It is in perfect walking distance to the vibrant Atlantic Beach Town Center, with dozens of restaurants, shoppes and bars to choose from. Not to mention the rooms are very affordable. I think I am due for a staycation myself here very soon

Hotel Palms has been nicely renovated - not only the guest rooms - but also the courtyard area. I attended an evening networking event and it was a very cozy, comfortable space for entertaining. There were rocking chairs, seats by the fireplace and plenty of space for a few banquet tables.

Amazing little place. Staying here with a group before a wedding and it was perfect. Great staff, beautiful rooms, trendy courtyard for mingling, and excellent coffee. We'll be staying here next time we come to Jacksonville.
