We have a timeshare and go to use the pool. Our kids love the pool and slide.

The rooms were amazingly spotless and clean. I can easily tell the employees work very hard to keep this place nice and clean. My two little boys had an amazing time swimming in the pool and playing games like ping pong with eachother. The service was splendid. If I needed something it would be there in a jiffy. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. I have already recommended it to all my friends and family. Thank you for the great vacation.

Plenty of room to relax and have a good time if you want to stay in the rooms your whole stay. The pool with slide and giant hot tub is a nice bonus as well. Great place for families to enjoy a nice time.

The units have been recently renovated with granite counter tops and new furniture. The amenities building is awesome. Heated swimming pool with slides and a 30 person Jacuzzi, game room, weight room and racquet ball court. Highly recommend it.

Nice for family or small groups. Great pool. Spacious rooms and good commodities, kitchen, dinning room. Gym room not to big but enough to keep your routine exercise. Good location near Weirs Beach and town center.

Beautifully updated condos on a hill above the lake. Great place to bring your family with a wonderful nature walk in the woods on the abutting property. The playground was a big hit with my 2 year old as were the pools(indoor and out) The indoor pool is as warm as any hot tub I've ever been in and has a very cool arrangement with 2 slides and an upper shallow(and cooler) pool for children.

The double suite is very spacious. Good size living room and kitchen. Also, the dining room, kitchen and living room are all open to each other some everyone can hang out no matter what they are doing. My only complaint is the master bath does not have a proper shower. It has a really nice Jacuzzi but no shower head to wash your hear. You have to go to the second bathroom to do that. The pool is one of the best I've seen. It is big, heated and indoor. It has a nice slide that the kids had a blast going down. The resort also has a racquetball court, gym and foosball table. Lots of entertainment. My one complaint is it also has a pool table but it takes 4 quarters to play. Not sure why they would charge for that.

The location is good, it's just a few minutes from Laconia and the water (and not too far from Goody Good Donuts). It was very quiet, but we visited after the tourist season, so your mileage may vary. That being said, the room we had was showing its age and the bed was horrible.
I'd probably be willing to give it another try based solely on the location.response / report this review -

It's a very nice place. There's not much to do on territory, except for the very nice pool. There's a lot of fun stuff around though. I liked it.

This place is so awesome for family or just with friends either way you'll have a great amazing time rooms are amazing pools wonderful special hot tub in the fact that it changes colors you can't beat that

Room is nice, though parts of it are outdated. Staff is very friendly and attentive, location is lovely. Overall, the accommodations are decent, and good for a larger family or group, since there's a second bedroom, second bathroom, and large living room space.

The units are comfortable and spacious. We're a family of 6 and did not have a problem with space. During down time, it helps that there were 3 TVs available. The pool is nice and the kids had lots of fun swimming.
