Handicapped accessible was able to get around I'm a wheelchair
Decent, dated but clean. Nice to have a small kitchen. Affordable.
Fabulous stay! Great staff! Safe.
My biggest beef is with the shower; it fluctuates constantly from scolding to freezing with little time in between. Rough way to start your day! The pillows are flat like pancakes and smell sour. If you stack all three pillows you are given you can almost make one decent pillow. The bed is hard but drooping in the center. The heater works but it is so loud that it can't be on while sleeping or watching t.v. at a reasonable volume. The room always stinks like a combination of cigarettes, curry and hot garbage, even if you leave the window open and the fan on all day. The walls are super thin, so if your neighbor hacks up a lung every morning at 5 am you get to enjoy listening to it as though they are in the room with you. They make the coffee with tap water, but it's not good quality coffee to start with. There is also no drinking water available for guests. Enjoy your stay elsewhere!
Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. The second I walked in the room it wreaked of who-knows-what, they say there's free breakfast lol a dingy little table with a couple oatmeal packets and small little muffins and coffee with no sugar mind you I don't drink coffee no juice When you check in they don't tell you anything can't even direct you to the room and they act aggravated with you the whole time. The staff just plain sucks. Shampoo but no conditioner, and the list goes on and on The damage was $230 for two nights. I'd rather stay at any Motel than this place bring your money elsewhere people
Our stay has been great the people have been very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at the Extended Stay America absolutely great
Room was average. There was a weird smell in the room as soon as we walked in, sort of like a wet towel smell but after a while we got used to it. We only stayed for the weekend so didn't want to bother changing rooms. No breakfast, but at least they had coffee. We asked for some extra comforters and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and provided us with what we needed.
This place felt outdated. Room had a funny smell. Breakfast was poor, only oatmeal packets and pre-packaged muffins with some coffee and tea. No gym.
Reserved two non smoking king rooms near each other and when we arrived the king rooms were on different floors and smelled of smoke. Front desk argued with us that that couldn't be possible because it was a "model room" and that it was non smoking. She also said "good luck finding another hotel being race weekend". Checked out, requested a refund and went to hotel 2 minutes up the hill- much better option! However, our food we expected to cook went bad because we had no kitchen. At least our room did not smell of smoke. So upset!
The bed is comfortable. The shower is LOUD. The hair dryer is terrible. There isn't a full length mirror, but there is a microwave. Maybe I'm feeling uncharitable because I've has no coffee butIt advertises free breakfastit should be called convenience store muffins with a side of terrible coffee with liquid, concentrate fake creamer.
One of the few bastions of smoking hotels remaining, no frills but comfy. I find it mildly annoying that they harass you for your email address to send you spam under the guise of "customer service" when they already have your information on file for being a guest.
Terrific customer service, very nice/cozy rooms, continental breakfast has great coffee and food choices. Anything you need, the front desk has (eg: razors, dish soap, pot+pans, dishes, sponge, so much). The only things that bother me are that they don't recycle and there are no brooms in the rooms which I feel is necessary especially for me who stayed there 2 weeks and had a cat. Anyone with a liter box knows sweeping is a multiple times a day chore. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to others.
