Studio 1 Motel is your place to stay in Daytona Beach when it comes to good quality at reasonable prices. I got a room in the first floor and it was great. Everything was clean and well maintained. (The valve in the shower was a bit squeaky) I really enjoyed my four nights there and I will definitely book it again when I am up in that area.

Nice motel with a little kitchen. The motel was refurbished recently with hardwood floors. Unfortunately, no phone in room but for $50 a night with an ocean view who can complain?
All the rooms are non smoking. Motel is close to restaurants and a grocery store.
Use the fridge in your room and save some coin😉.
Ask the front desk when you check in for the WiFi password.

The rooms are super clean. My family and I have vacationed here for years. The location is ideal, just cross the street and there is the stairway to the beach and an outdoor shower. We always get the deluxe room because it comes with a fridge, stovetop and oven as well as a little patio. They also have a gas grill available for use to barbecue outside. AC unit keep the place freezing. Tv has the HDMI ports available so I'm able to bring a USB or Chromecast. Wifi is also available here, its a standard security (none of that browser security most hotels have) so all devices can use it easily like youbwould at home. A few miles from the main atraction in Daytona Beach but far enough to be quiet. We will always come here as long as it's around.

This motel is great! Beach is right across the street and has an easy path of travel. The rooms are absolutely awesome for the money. SUPER clean and wanted to take the bed home with me. Staff is straight forward with no bs. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. I give 5 stars, and will be back for sure.

This place is nice for the money. Interior of rooms have been redone and have a clean modern feel. There are things you could nitpick but this isn't the Ritz. My only negative would be if passing car noise bothers you then you might want to keep looking as it is right on the street so you can hear cars passing.

Picked this place because it was the highest rated lowest-priced place to stay. Super good value and the ocean is right across the street. It's not perfect and it's a little dated but it's very clean and quite. I would stay again.

The rooms in studio 1 are of adequate size with two double beds in each. 15seconds walk from the beach and right next to an IHOP and Daytona raceway. Overall it's a great place.
