The management and staff are very good people always making sure all accommodations are met rooms are very clean and taken care of and very good beach access

Nice little motel hidden in Daytona Bch. Shores. Stayed there 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a small place,very quiet and it was perfect for the wife and I for a get away. Rooms have been remodeled recently and were very clean. The owners were very accommodating, Expedia lied to us about what our room was going to be and they upgraded it to what we thought we were getting at no charge. Highly recommend them!

I had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and quaint. The view was nice. The only problem was parking. There aren't enough spots to accommodate the amount of rooms and guests. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Quaint, cozy and suitable for a brief visit. Stafff was friendly and stayed out of the way so you could just sit back and enjoy yourself. We stayed in the courtyard king and were very satisfied. Would stay again.

If you are looking to getaway this is the place.. Never been to Daytona Beach but was there from 6-22-2017 to 6-25-2017, and Dream Inn will be my family's destination from now on.. We loved this place we were in room 131 and my family in room 132, the rooms are awesome the shower I miss terribly..I miss this place pierod !!! We got courtyard rooms but when I stepped out I could see the beach and in about 15-20 steps if that you were standing on the beach.. the pool was great the staff was friendly and helpful.. There was 7 of us that went and 3 of them kids ages 14, 12, 9.. and they didn't want to leave.. We are very happy to know we found a little piece of paradise not to far from home !! We will be booking again very soon !!

We had a three bedroom room with a little tiny kitchen. One downside was that one bedroom was connected to another and we could hear the heavy metal music next door (strangers) like they were in the bed with us. The building is old, but has been nicely redone. The staff gave us small wines when we checked in. The pool is nice and the location is great. I would recommend it as a decent place to stay at a reasonable price. The 6 of us were comfortable.

My husband and I got engaged at the end of October and planned our wedding for the following February, leaving us little time for last minute honeymoon arrangements. My brother and sister-in-law had stayed at Dream Inn the previous Summer and recommended it. The price was reasonable and the hotel was oceanfront so we went for it.
Upon arriving, we had some difficulty checking in as there was no one at the front Desk. The first person that came along was a maintenance man who had to look for someone else to check us in. So first impressions weren't great, but it got better.
We went to our room and most would find it sub-par. I, however, find pleasure in hotels that show remnants of the past and the character that generally accompanies them. And this little room had it. It was decorated in your traditional FL/Golden Girls theme and color palette. Although the bathroom was outdated, I appreciated the old porcelain sink and green tile. The bedding and floor was quite clean and the room was spacious enough to accommodate the two of us on our trip. I would stay here again.
My only complaints are the following:
The refrigerator in our room froze everything! It was very frustrating when we came back to the room to find all our snacks completely frozen.
The pool and surrounding area were not very tidy.
The wifi was dreadful.very, very slow.response / report this review -

Our stay was extremely pleasant!
The staff made you feel at home instantly. The views right on the Beach, wow! Quiet and in a very nice area.
