today i just tried on the shoes, I forgot to put it back, and he told me to take it very rudely. Also called us to get out of the shop. Is this discriminating against me Chinese? One stuff wearing black clothes, I hope your manager can be good to enhance the quality of staff. Because there will be many such things happen, or you will lose a lot of Chinese customers.

On top of having to return my shoes (which began falling apart after a week), I experienced perhaps the worst customer service of my life in this store. For anyone who does not want to be treated like trash - I would avoid this shop.

The store has mostly women shoes. So my brother always get upset when we come here. But it is fine, since once he found here shoes that until today he is sorry he didn’t purchased 2 pairs since the cant be found anymore.

the sellers there sucks, SUPER RACISM!!!!
I went there on May 7, and I just asked to try two shoes on, the guy was like: oh so which one do you want, can you understand my English?
Anyways, I bought one and asked them to shipped to my house which in New Jersey. They did not shipped it for one month. Yesterday I went there and asked them where is my item, the girl said she doesn't know what happened, but it did not shipped and give my shoes to me. However, when I get home, I found out both of them are left.
