I can’t explain how blessed me and my family are to have Victor Reyes as our officer. After 17 yrs of marriage, we were able to purchase our very first Home through Victor and Altius Mortgage. Victor is sharp, very knowledgeable, transparent, clear and concise! He’s one of the most genuine people you’ll meet. He truly cares for you and your situation. He got us closed, pretty much within 3 and a half weeks(although it felt like an eternity🤣) With an interest rate well below the national average. I reached out to a second opinion for a mortgage pre approval and they could not figure out or come close to Victors work! In this mortgage game, He’s HIM! Thank you Altius and Victor! I worked with Nick Caldwell for multiple years he assisted me and getting my credit where it needed to be to qualify for a home. My experience working with Altius mortgage was awesome everything was seamless, quick, and easy! Nick and the Altius team answered all my questions and will reply back immediately addressing any of my concerns. I highly recommend Nick Caldwel and the Altius mortgage team and I will be using them again for my next home.

My loan had some nuances and the Altius team worked to find multiple loan options that would work for me. They were thorough, communicated quickly and clearly, and were always friendly.

Neal was so helpful in helping us get our new home. He wasn't pushy at all, very sincere and bent over backwards to help us find the right financing to help us get into the right home. He was very helpful in giving us information and guiding us through the whole process. I definitely recommend him as your broker as we will be working with him in the future as the market changes.

We worked with Nick Caldwell to refinance our mortgage. He did a great job and is very helpful. Nick was always willing to answer questions and was diligent in finding the best options for what we needed and wanted to accomplish. He is also very knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him.
