Pig sty
I stayed at this place last October. As the pictures show, the place was filthy. I only took a few pictures of the many carpet stains. And I forgot to take a picture of the food particles stuck between the couch cushions. Every surface was stained and/or covered with dirt -- even the ceiling. What made matters much worse is the total indifference of the management. Assistant manager Jennifer initially accused me of refusing a room change, then admitted no other rooms were available. She only refunded ONE of the three nights I had to stay in the pig sty. I was given another room on the 4th night. I had asked to speak with the manager and the housekeeping supervisor. They did not bother to contact me.
The staff was very friendly, I found the price for the room to be very fair, it was a calm and relaxed environment, the breakfast provided was a well sized spread of eggs biscuits gravy fruit cereal waffles and various condiments and it was well placed for my needs I did not have a chance to check out the weight room or the pool
Great location, close to the 101. Comfortable room and bed. Felt like the carpets needed a through cleaning.
Breakfast can be consumed by most humans, plenty of other eating options near by. Hard to see from Bell road. I don't hate it.
Marriott never let's me down. This property went above and beyond during my stay. Definitely secures brand loyalty.
Centrally located right next to the mall and within five minutes of lots of restaurants. Great staff, very clean, spacious rooms. 7/7 papayas.
Hotel staff is very friendly and for the most part it is a clean hotel although dated. My issues were that it is right in the middle of a shopping center parking lot and the curtains did not block the lights. The air conditioner did not cool real great in the AZ heat, and lastly the bed was too soft for my personal preference. The breakfast was typical Marriott fare, institutional but it works for a morning or two. The pool is also very small but it is spotless. The neighborhood is convenient to freeways, shopping, restaurants and very walkable and safe.
Great place to stay. It was close to the football stadium and all the shops around it. The staff is nice, and the beds were very comfy.
Beautiful room, very clean, wonderful location. Staff have been very attentive to our needs.
Clean rooms. Soft beds. Friendly helpful staff. Jacuzzi was very good. Small pool.
This is our all-time favorite little boutique hotel in Glendale, AZ. Alex at the front desk and A. J. in the Butterfly Bar are the nicest men ever and do everything to make one's stay the best. The ambiance, location, dining room and overall service was perfect. We plan to return many times and stay in our favorite room! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The room we are staying in is very spacious and comfortable. The ambience is nice, and the staff is very helpful. Overall it's a very comfortable hotel.
Just got married and found a card and gift basket from the staff in the room. Room was clean. Halls were quiet. Breakfast was great. Staff is great. Pool is clean. Mall and amenities are very close. This hotel provided the perfect place to relax and recover from a long event.
My friends and I go to a different NFL stadium every year. This is our sixth year going and usually we try to get a hotel within walking distance to the stadium. All those ones were $250+/night so we looked farther out and I'm so glad we did since we found this hotel. Not only was it WAY cheaper ($100 /night) but it was a great experience. Two queen size beds, pull out couch, a little office/kitchen area. The entire place was super clean. Staff was very friendly. They changed some things up on the continental breakfast so it wasn't the same thing every morning. The outdoor pool and hot tub was great after a day of hiking. If you are on the fence about this hotel I HIGHLY recommend it.
