The rooms were amazing! Much bigger than anticipated. No bath tub but shower was spacious. Full size fridge and practically an entire kitchen in the suite! Highly recommend for business or pleasure!

Rooms are comfortable, love having a separate bedroom and a full size kitchen. Breakfast is great and the evening social has delicious food. Great place to stay!

Arrived at 9:45pm and they had given my room away. I specifically booked here so we could accommodate 6 people in one suite since I had kids. They have 4 suites, booked 5 and basically said too bad so sad. (I had called at noon to ask to check in early since we had plans and gave them my name, was told no, I said ok I will be in later then so it's not like they didn't know I was coming.) They gave me 2 small rooms instead so I had to have my kids sleep separately. Also they claimed not to have my contact info but the front desk guy later read it to me. No apology, no compensation given. Will never book here again.

Awesome customer service. I had surgery and was an incredible discomfort. The staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs. They went above and beyond. Happy hour meal and drink is a bonus. Breakfast was tasty. Our room was very clean.

The peole here are AWESOME! Literally some of the sweetest people on the planet work here. We need to stay here for an extended period of time and the hotel manager personally came over to meet with us and show us the room we were going to stay in while we are here. They offer shuttle service to local shopping and medical facilities and will drop you off and pick you up on your schedule.
The rooms are very spacious and well laid out. There is plenty of space for 4 couples or 8 very close friends if you include the sleep sofa.
The hotel is within walking distance of lots of shopping and food options and there is a movie theater on the North side of the mall opposite the hotel so it is walkable but a good walk so wear comfortable shoes.
I really cannot say enough good things about the staff here and would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.response / report this review -

This was a very nice hotel. While driving through Phoenix we got a flat tire at 2 am and this was the only hotel with a room available. The suite was very clean and modern while the staff was friendly. Would love to stay here again

This hotel was perfectly situated on our way up to the Grand Canyon. The gentleman at the front desk was polite, courteous and informative. The breakfast was awesome. Fresh biscuits with sausage gravy, waffles, yogurt bar, huge bowl of fresh fruit. We we're pleasantly surprised. Will return if we are back in AZ.

Great staff, great amenities, and great food service while being served. Certainly better than your average hotel complimentary meal. I did have my rental stolen from the parking lot, which was a serious nuisance. But obviously the fault does not lie with the hotel, or staff. The area is nice, and I did not expect anything like that. So, ensure your vehicle is secure and belongings stowed as they also have no exterior cameras to monitor the parking area.

Good location right off US 17. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. Kitchen with utensils and a full size refrigerator. Can't really ask for much more.

Well maintained hotel, comfortable well equipped suites, excellent free breakfast and free parking. Walking distance to a shopping mall with diverse dining options. Pool with hot tub. Close to highway 17 so there is some level of traffic noise both day and evening.

Really like this place. A huge shopping complex right behind with lots of restaurants. Also, like all Homewood Suites, breakfast 7 days a week and the receptions 4 nights a week, dining options a numerous. Full kitchen is nice to fill with fruit, snacks, etc. Location is great, right on 17 just a couple miles north of 101, making it so easy to get anywhere. Staff are fantastic and know the area very well. Service is also really good.
