Staff was accommodating to an unexpected situation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

James greeted us with enthusiasm and kindness. He made our stay so very enjoyable and welcoming. His spirit is exactly what staybridge suits should embody. What a great time!

We had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff was efficient and friendly. They really made us feel at home. They seemed to have pride in their work and enjoy working there which created a warm environment. The hotel is designed with the little details in mind that make for an easy and carefree stay. All the areas were impeccably cleaned and maintained. We will be looking for a Staybridge on our next trip!

Very comfortable hotel stay. We have kids, and the large rooms make for a much more relaxed experience. Everything is kept up well. The rooms are quiet, with a great little kitchen. The breakfast is excellent. And James and Richard at the front desk were the friendliest and most helpful staff members I've ever encountered at a hotel. Never met them before, but they treated us like family. Made for a great stay. Only positive things to say about Staybridge Suites.

Clean rooms with kitchenettes, as there are dinners on select nights only. However each morning has breakfast buffet. Pool and fitness room. Can't go wrong

Fanciest place I've ever been. Hot breakfast in the morning. A full kitchen in our room. It's so clean here and the coffee is strong and amazing!

The Wifu and I stayed here 3 years ago for about a week and loved it. And now we're back and having the same great experience. Everything is spotless and the employees are helpful and friendly. We are definitely staying here the next time we are out there.

Called for early check in and was told our room would be available at 3. Got here at 3:30 and room was not available. Had to wait until after normal check in time to get in. First room smelled like smoke and had to change. The beds seem smaller than queen size, the carpet is stained, and overall quality is poor.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very accommodating. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room and movie theater! Highly recommended​!

When calling for reservations I was not able to receive the bereavement rate due to calling a 3rd party reservations desk. Upon asking about the rate I was not directed to phone the hotel directly. The stay was nice but I am disappointed at the customer service received.
