  I was a shuttle driver for a wedding, I had to go in to get the guests, the front desk clerk was so nice. He even gave me a bottle of water. Thank you

  We normally love this hotel and have stayed here several times in the past. But we are pretty disappointed in the customer service this time around. The front desk has been rude and unaccommodating, even with a simple request for fresh towels, basically being told housekeeping would "get here when they get here." We finally went out and asked housekeeping for towels directly because it was close to 2pm, we needed to get started showering up for a party and couldn't wait any longer. They were happy to help, but had not received our requests as promised by the front desk. Such service in the hospitality industry is completely appalling. Doubtful we will be back. I know it seems petty, but I feel like we should NOT pay good money to stay somewhere then have to beg for towels...

  It was perfect for us needing a place to crash after a wedding reception. Lots of pillows. Our thermostat worked which seems to be an issue at a lot of hotels (or you don't have one and have to manually control the temperature on the window unit). Some sports channels were not available (nbcsn) which was the only bummer.

  I have no major complaints with the hotel. The prices at their convenience store were really high, but that's typical of any hotel. Our room was clean, and the food in the restaurant was good.

  Small, but very clean and neat. People at the front desk willing and happy to help with anything.
  
  Pool and weight room very small but rooms make up for that. :)

  I experienced two different rooms and they were quite different, but both were quality. The first was an average hotel room and was nothing more or less than expected. However, the first floor room was impressive, if nothing else, as it was remarkably roomy. The breakfast felt a bit underwhelming for its price tag, but it's no deal breaker. Overall, it was a satisfying stay!!

  I recently attended a group dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn, and the facilities were great. The room was private, the staff were helpful, and the food was excellent. It was a little bit far from a bathroom (at least one that I could easily find), which is mildly difficult for older guests. However, everything else about the experience was absolutely wonderful, and I would definitely recommend others to book this venue for a special dinner gathering.

  Nice hotel. Rooms had a couple of plumbing issues, but the staff was very nice. Spendy breakfast at $12 with no complimentary options.

  Good hotel. Towels could be a little thicker, Wal-Mart do better! But the beds, pillows everything else was good. Breakfast was standard fare but good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

  Very quiet dining. Excellent service and food. Great breakfasts, have even celebrated Mother's Day here. I stayed here while the road to my condo was being blacktopped. Love it! Great, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable. Pool and hot tub.

  Quiet and clean rooms. Bed was a little too firm for our liking though. Service desk staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good.
