I spent 3 days and nights here in March of 2018. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was nice anf relaxing. There's an onsite restaurant that offers room service. There is also a small complimentary breakfast that offers things like yogurt, muffins, cereal, etc. The location is great, it's practically right across the road from Mayfair mall, it's a half block away from Dave & Busters, and there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance.

Being a travel agent, I stay in a lot of hotels. I only rate the ones that are exceptional. This Radisson has the best service and the friendliest staff I've seen in a long time. Service and attitude is number one in my book. The rooms are clean and nice. The location is central to everything.

Don't forget to check out "Jimmy's Island Grill and Bar, attached to the hotel! Owned by Jimmy himself, there are four other restaurant's like it in Florida. You'll swear you are near the beach with the island atmosphere. The steaks and seafood prime, the salads delicious and the best cocktails anywhere in Milwaukee!

Went there for our wedding night. It was very relaxing and accommodating. Room service was reasonable and didn't take to long. We left very happy.

I’m here on business and this place was fantastic 👍 between the great staff and the convenience of Jimmy’s restaurant and bar in the hotel, I couldn’t have asked for better place to relax and unwind after a long day of work. I travel a lot with my company and I’ll be looking for more Radisson’s to stay in like this one.

Forgot to leave my review back in August but this place was great !!!
My fiancé and I were visiting his mother in Milwaukee and weeee really wanted one night to just unwind and have a romantic night .. Well the Radisson helped us achieve that !
Our bed was really comfortable. We got the room the with Jacuzzi . We never experienced having a jacuzzi in our hotel room but this experience was awesome . The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and the lady at the front desk checking us in. The room service was great too . Food was soooo good . We ordered a bunch of wings 👏🏾 Great price for the room we got and our little $50 deposit came back quick . Thank you all for you great service ! Wish we could have stayed there longer . Will definitely consider staying there again ;) I hope the other locations where we live are just as nice as this one ☝🏾

The first woman I talked to on the phone to get information on the hotel was very nice and informative, but the man I talked to a couple hours later was not and this was when I was actually booking the room. He talked so low and fast I could barely understand him. He made me feel very uncomfortable about booking because I had no idea what he was saying and he had zero emotion in his voice which is horrible customer service in my opinion. Then the lady who I talked to while checking in was very nice as well. No one else spoke with me during my stay, I didn't really like that there was a restaurant rather than complimentary breakfast, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't choose if I wanted a king bed or two queen size beds, it was whatever was available when I got there even though I said I was on the way to check in, and I don't personally think the price was worth it at all for the reasons I listed, as well as the water pressure being horrible in the bathroom, only one elevator working, the room being very small. The housekeepers were always on their cell phone any time I saw them as well. The room was clean though, I will say that much. It's an alright hotel, but just wouldn't be my first choice if I were in the area again.

Lovely people, clean room. Odd that they don't have a full length mirror. Love that they have fridges. The food at the restaurant is way better than hotel food. The pool is indoors and clean. Nice place.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson for Rise Up Ye Women's Conference! The staff were friendly and rooms were clean and neat!!! The Iguana restaurant staff was very busy but extremely good food and friendly especially the manager!! I would stay again and recommend others!!!

Check in was smooth and the hosts are very friendly. Beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. Sure wish they would offer coffee in the lobby like 90% of all the other hotels. Other than that, very nice.

The atmosphere was ideal for our work event (a departmental graduation ceremony for medical residents). Food was good, and I really enjoyed the carrot cake! Biggest "complaint" would be drink prices were higher than I would have liked. But I'm also just cheap.

Overall nice place and friendly staff. A little dated but comfortable. No hot tub but pool was clean and surprisingly warm. Fitness room was acceptable and clean. The front doors swing awkwardly, are narrow, and heavy making it more challenging to haul luggage in. Biggest complaint is the free breakfast is short, small, and ends at 8:30. This is the second time i went down at 9 and it was already over. Very frustrating. I forgot from last time. They should really emphasize this at the desk and a card in the room. Perhaps they hope more people will go pay quite a bit in their restaurant after missing the time slot.
