Absolutely amazing customer service ! The girls are wonderful, I don’t know much about how insurance works and I now have a good understanding of my policy for the first time, no other company had ever taken the time to explain it to me. Sometimes my paydays fall on bad days and I can give them a call and they will work with me. You feel like family as soon as you walk in. I also really appreciate that Tameka is there to help us in Spanish, my mom is finally able to call in herself and get assisted properly. Overall love this place would recommend to friends and family needing to switch insurance.

I have policies at this agency and it was honestly such a great decision. I had Nationwide prior to this State Farm and no one ever took the time to explain to me what I was actually paying for, I had things on there I didn’t even know about. Everyone is so nice, I worked with Tamika, she was great and made me feel very reassured and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to be with State Farm!

Mrs. Jones provided me with excellent customer service. I called her ahead of time to suspend my billing. Her team and the Agent were kind enough to do this for me. I appreciate her honesty and integrity and working with me. Mrs. Jones took the time to come to the phone and explain the guidelines to me. Wonderful Agent and great team, always friendly!! This office takes the time to explain coverage's, billing etc I recommend them to everyone. Top Notch Agency!! I recommend this office to everyone!

What can I say about this place. When I first started going I really loved the vibe and the customer service that I received. The girls there were very helpful and knowledgeable. When I found out Michelle was no longer with the company my heart sank. She was so friendly and kind and she didn't mind putting in work to make sure I was taken care of. I reached out to her to cancel my policies and she informed me she I was with a great company and that she would not have wrote my policy if she didn't feel I was on great hands. She told me I could go to Ashley with any billing issues and that she would take care of me. Well fast forward time and things have changed drastically. I'm not sure what the agent does in her office but she isn't very friendly or welcoming. Her husband is a pompous, pretentious jerk who could use a lesson in hygiene. Whenever he answers the phone I disconnect immediately. It seems to be a very high turn over rate as there are new girls in there all the time. Ashley is a true gem in the agencyGod forbid if she ever leaves.

From one business owner to another, I think sometimes people can forget that in a customer service related field, that your main goal is to serve your customers, your supposed to do what's in the best interest of your customers! Not only they have drafted money out of my account on a number of occasions without my permission, if you make a payment using your credit/debit card information, either them or the system picks up on it and automatically drafts the following payments out of your account! This occurred even after I asked them not too, I had to have my bank to block them from taking money out of my account! Also when you have long term customers, sometimes you extend extra courtesy to them or maybe take an extra step sometimes so that they will know that you care, appreciate their business or at least try and/or pretend! This office is not customer service friendly nor willing to take any extra intiatives, which is sad for a business of the community! When I spoke to her about it, she claimed that there were voicemails etc., left and there were not only when I asked why my policy kept increasing instead of decreasing every six months, I have never had this kind of experience or inability to work with their long term customers ever!
It is not in my character to write negative reviews about any business and I don't like that I had too, but sometimes you have too, in order for people to remember that you work with people, you work with your customers, sometimes you have to take an extra step and even be more compassionate!response / report this review -

I wanted renter's and life insurance and she took the time to explain my options, what was best for my situation, and what would help me in the future. Mrs. Lavette Jones and her staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot in my appointment with her and she answered all my questions. Thanks so much for your patience and professionalism.

Although I was with state farm for a short period, I cannot express how amazing And helpful Michelle Skinner is. I have called more than once and She has provided the best customer service and was able to help me and answer all my questions and concerns about a previous policy. She has great enthusiasm and a very uplifting character.

One of the best agents in town. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. Her team is friendly, caring and efficient. I have my renters insurance, auto insurance and life insurance with her and I couldn't ask for a better team! Great job! #State Farm

Lavette Jones is a wonderful agent very understanding and her knowledge on insurance is amazing she will take the time to assist you with any issue you may have. Will make sure you understand what you are paying for. I have my auto renters and life policies with her and love how everything is ran. I will recommend her to anyone!
