This is a classic small-town family-owned franchise of Ace Hardware. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They stock a wide variety of wares for the do-it-yourselfer. Plumbing, electric, carpentry, masonry, landscaping, pest control and more.

They follow you around the store and then stand right next to you, in your personal space, while you shop. Very very annoying. They want to get you in and out and don't want you to browse at all. If you ask the staff questions about an item, they read the packaging to you. I can read a box all by myself. Every time I have gone into this store I have felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Also, it's overpriced. So happy we have a Lowes in Hope Mills now and I don't have to go into this terrible Ace anymore. It's unfortunate since I live 2 blocks away and prefer to shop local small businesses.

I have shopped there a few times and found everyone freindly. They have what I need more times than not. I, personally, rather go to stores like this over the big box stores. In the end you will save money.

If you need something for a quick project they probably have it. You will probably pay a bit more for it, but it's better than driving all the way into Fayetteville.

I've gone a couple of times over the past 6 years and really had enough of these guys. They aren't very friendly and the prices are high. I wish we had a Lowe's in Hope Mills.
